Had my Mercedes in for service about 8 months ago Spent
Had my Mercedes in for service about 8 months ago Spent around $3500. At the time they told me I needed new struts. Over 2 grand. I delayed it due to cost. Last Friday Oct 19 I called for a quote to replace both front and back struts. It was late in the day so they said they would call me Monday. Got no response on Monday so called again. I asked for quote and he said he would text it to me shortly. Today is Tuesday and no response. Autohaus must be well off Of they can afford to turn down over $3000 in business. This place insulted me and will never spend another dime with them.

This is the best experience I've ever had purchasing a car. There was no pressure, and they were all very accommodating and knowledgeable. I worked mostly with Jeremy and Joann... Truly a fantastic experience, and I'm so happy with my Porsche purchase! I will definitely recommend them, and when I'm ready to buy another car, I know where I'm going. Thanks, AutoHaus! Probably the best, actually, Definitely THE BEST experience I've ever had at a car dealership from the initial email, phone conversations and ultimately purchasing the vehicle. Christopher had everything ready and the purchase went so quick. Usually, I can't wait to leave the dealership and feel so drained, but in this case, I didn't want to leave. Made me want to buy another car from them. The family owned atmosphere comes thru with everyone there. My son came by the dealership and thought I knew the family for years the way they treated him when he walked in. The fact was I just met them about an hour ago. I'm glad I ran across them in my search.

My husband and I have bought a few vehicles from iautohaus. Wesley, Joann and Christopher have always gone over and beyond in service. We had also trusted that the service department had integrity but it is now confirmed that is not the case. My bad review today is with Trent from service. I have had numerous issues with him and his communication on the first occasion was a battery change of which took a few days and he never communicated what the hold up was. In May I took my car in for the yearly service once again and being tied up with work they spoke to my husband and recommended a few things. The brake fluid flush was one of them of which they claim it needed. Upon seeing my report and my invoice I called Trent and said I am curious do you check carfax to verify prior services? Of which he said affirmatively YES! I said perfect can you pull up my information and he did. I said do you see where my breaks had been flushed last year. He began to stutter and said hmm yeah um let me speak with the service tech but he is out today I will call you back. FYI my car has about 200 miles from the last break flush. Here we are in July and still no call back from Trent. So today I get a text stating service recommendations on my car so I called Trent. He said I text you of which was not true as I get all text from Iautohaus (other than his). After giving him ample opportunity to rectify the situation he was unable to resolve it but give me the run around. At this time I cannot trust the service department and can no longer take my cars to you. Its actually very disappointing.

I went in for a quick repair service on my BMW and 2 weeks later walked out with a gorgeous newer model. Everyone is great here! So much better than a dealership. Love supporting a family-run business. Somehow I spent thousands more than I wanted to but I felt so good about it! That is a successful transaction. I love the passion for BMWs and luxury vehicles. Great selection. Highly curated. The attention to detail on the cars is top notch. Definitely would recommend.
