I previously gave this dealer 5 stars on Google, but I will go back and update it. Sadly our experience on our third purchase from iAutohaus has been a nightmare. We purchased a beautiful Mercedes AMG SUV in January, 2024 and paid their full asking price. Immediately, the SUV started tossing out errors. We brought it back to the dealer and their mechanic said he fixed it. But he obviously did not. Over the past year and a half, this beautiful, pristine (on the outside) vehicle has cost us an additional $12,000.+ on top of the top dollar we had already paid. We are very upset about this purchase and how it has tainted what had previously been a great relationship with the dealer. We are now in the market for another vehicle, but will not go back to iAutohaus after this experience.

This dealership has a $1,400 add on package in the fine
This dealership has a $1,400 add on package in the fine print that is not included in their advertised prices. So, the advertised price is effectively $1,400 higher than what is shown on their listings. That is a flat out deceptive way of doing business. Because of this I ended my negotiations to buy a car I would have really liked to buy. I don’t do business with deceptive businesses.

I just purchased a vehicle from iAutohaus and I can't recommend them enough. The entire experience from first stepping into the showroom, through test drive, to delivery was excellent. Jeremy was very patient and took the time to answer every question we had. I have always hated car buying due to the constant back and forth negotiation tactics employed by the big dealerships. Buying from iAutohaus was stress free, easy, and fast. I will definitely be going back for my future car purchases.

We just bought our second used Audi from iAutohaus. All of the management and staff there are very helpful and accommodating to whatever needs you might have in securing your vehicle. I would highly recommend them whenever you are in need of a high-end model of any of the premium vehicles available on the market today.

Had my Mercedes in for service about 8 months ago Spent
Had my Mercedes in for service about 8 months ago Spent around $3500. At the time they told me I needed new struts. Over 2 grand. I delayed it due to cost. Last Friday Oct 19 I called for a quote to replace both front and back struts. It was late in the day so they said they would call me Monday. Got no response on Monday so called again. I asked for quote and he said he would text it to me shortly. Today is Tuesday and no response. Autohaus must be well off Of they can afford to turn down over $3000 in business. This place insulted me and will never spend another dime with them.
