Have had our 209 Nissan Altima into this dealership
Have had our 209 Nissan Altima into this dealership numerous times since it was purchased with an extended warranty.. Two times this year there have been problems. Several months ago it was in an The power steering rack was replaced. Also during that same time period the serpentine belt was replaced twice as well as the power steering pump. After the power steering pump was replaced leaked power steering fluid on my mom's concrete driveway. It was on a Friday night that I discovered this & thought it was transmission fluid. Both Uftring Chrysler Dodge Jeep & Uftring Nissan refused to look at it on Saturday. So, I drove to Uftring Nissan. At first they refused to look at it. I told them i wanted transmission looked at because I was afraid to drive it over the weekend. Showed the technician the picture of fluid on driveway. I also explained it had just had 3200 worth of warranty work done at Uftring Chrysler Dodge Jeep & I shouldn't be having problems like this, wanted problem checked that day to make sure i wasn't running a major component like transmission or power steering pump. They did agee to check it. After checking it they said fitting on power steering pump was leaking. They topped off power steeringfluid. And said to take back to Uftring Chrysler Dodge Jeep for repairs. Gave a printout of problem.Took back to Uftring Chrysler Dodge Jeep & repaired fitting. Got car back & was making noise when turning steering wheel. We're told "it's air in the system. It'll work itself out in a couple weeks". However it never did. Not long ago had an oil change done where they did an inspection. During the inspection they noted that cv axel needed replaced. Which I was told should have been discovered during the rack replacement you had done. The a/c wasn't working. Setup appointment with Uftring Chrysler Dodge Jeep to bring car in 7/3/25. This time we were given a rental/loaner for the week it was being worked on. Last time we were without transportation for three weeks while it was in for repairs. Which severely inconvenienced us. So, the cv axel & a/c compressor were replaced..under warranty. However, i was told by Brandon Garcia we need struts. Which we put front struts on last July. Took it somewhere else and they did another free inspection. Checked it out & said it DOESN'T need struts. Also was told the whining is from power steering needing to be bled.

I had purchased a 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee with 640
I had purchased a 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee with 640 miles. After driving it a bit, there was a noticeable oil substance on my garage floor. That was concerning to me. I called, got it in the next week. Brian in the service dept. was nice and helpful. The service team checked it out thoroughly, they reassured me that it was a procedure that was done during manufacturing and not an oil issue with the jeep motor etc. I was totally relieved. Thank you!!
