Terrible! Should not be certified to sell Wagoneers! They do not do anything for the wagoneer customers!

Took care of my car's repair and transported me home and back while it was in the shop. Good communication and timely repair; completed in same day.

I dropped off my truck December 23 and I still don't have it. It's my primary work truck. Called several times not response so needed to drive to dealer for an update. The service advisors are doing there best, but there are major issues there. Oil all over the bottom of my previous truck after an oil change, leaving items.lose after service, no one ever calls you back, and items aren't getting addressed on my new 2023 Ram 1500. I have my 2011 Ram 2500 in for service now. I would.like to have a meeting with the GM and Swrvice Manager to address my concerns.

I would rate them higher if I could. First experience with them and it was extremely positive from start to finish! I will be using them from now on since they are closer than Douglas Ram that I bought from and that's not meant to take anything away from them either. Uftring just happens to be 1.25 hours closer.
