Great service at a reasonable price
I?ve been taking my vehicles to Auto Nation, Valencia for service since I purchased them there. They always perform the repair right the first time at a reasonable price. The service rep. I deal with is friendly and gives me good advice on what repairs are required. I trust Auto Nation for repairs and maintenance and recommend them to all my friends.

Fantastic Service Experience
I took my 2017 chevy traverse in for regular service. My service advisor, Dante, was friendly and prompt in writing up the ticket and helped me understand the other service items that were due based on my mileage. Pricing was fair and service was done quickly. I would definitely being my car back to them.

Let me start with scheduling.
Let me start with scheduling. I have taken my truck here for service several times prior and needed to bring it in for a noise coming from either the drive/suspension or transmission. Received an inspection report noting attention needed on things that aren't an issue (i.e. oil change, which was done three days prior) and not calling out VERY obvious things (i.e. ABS dash light, airbag dash light, rear center brake light). The technician was unable to duplicate the noise and nothing was found in the drive/suspension. The transmission was unable to be looked at as the transmission tech was scheduled more than a week out. Upon pickup, I was told by the service writer that sometimes what is found is a function of the technician. If a vehicle comes in with a complaint, it should not leave without, at least, a diagnosis of that complaint.
