Went in for routine service appointment. Got a loaner car and they had my car ready in a timely manner. Also called and gave me a 30 mins heads up when it was almost ready to picked up. I live an hour away. That was very nice of them to call and let me know when it was going to be ready.

I think process could have been better if sales rep enquired what my needs were . Also there should be a specialist who can demonstrate the features and benefits of the vehicle . The Finance manager was delegated to explain the features and benefits to me . I would have expected a specialist who was family with all the features to walk me through the hand over process
