Very informative knowledge and professional !!!!!! Bernard always keeps my wife I updated . Always have a pleasant attitude. Bernard is the reason I drive 50 miles further versus going to Alan vigil my home town dealer ship in Fayetteville. I live in Fayetteville Ga . And their service department is Terrible !!! Bernard my service advisor is the reason I drive to Pugmire Lincoln in Marietta. Service means everything to us !!!!

The car had to be towed. Bernard let me know it arrived. He kept me informed of the problem and the repair cost and told me when it was ready
