I have a 2004 F250, the air conditioning compressor froze and locked the engine. I had itflatbed to the usual place i have maintenance performed. They troubleshot and stated the engine locked up and needed to replace the engine for $14,000.00 plus the a/c system. I have a lincoln MKZ which has maintnenance at Pugmire. Service manager, Bob, has always been over and above with everything on the car, fixing what needs done, the first time correct. So i asked Bob if they could change the engine and fix the A/C. So the truck was flatbed to Pugmire. Upon inspection by themechanic and Bob they found the compressor.hadlocked up and kept the engine from starting. They removed the serpentine belt and the truck started up. Not needing the engine. The truck A/C was repaired. Pugmire will be maintaining my vehicles from now on. Great job, under budget and totally happy.

Could not ask anyone to be any nicer about the .They were nice enough to bring the car to use and do all the paper work. I had to have a speaker fixed, but the Pugmire in Bremen fixed it for us and we didn’t have to do to Marietta to have it fixed. Thank you very much for being so nice.
