Our Experience With Pugmire Lincoln Was Awesome

We just purchased a Lincoln MKX from Pugmire Lincoln and we can honestly say it was a great car buying experience. The sales staff, manager and owner were great to work with. The typical trade-in process is like going to the dentist but not at Pugmire. Everyone we came in contact with were very professional and courteous. We received a great deal and the whole experience was handled promptly in a relative short period of time. I highly recommend this dealership for your next auto purchase.

Purchase of New Lincoln

I wanted to buy an American auto from a company that did not take a bale out from the government and Lincoln/Ford was my choice. My wife and I were wecomed immediate upon arriving and every aspect of learning about the car we purchased was handled by knowledgable personnel with Nick's explanations of the features of the car clear and understanding. He showed great interest in our gaining the feel of the car and I know he will be there in the future to assist in anyway. I look forward to a continuing relationship. Thanks

There was no reason for William to remove the locking lug...

There was no reason for William to remove the locking lug nuts from our recently purchased Isuzu Rodeo but he did. Sandy Springs Ford (where we purchased the used car) couldn't take care of it but William did. It even looked like he worked on it himself. We received the maximum level of customer service and would highly recommend this dealer (or at least their service center) to anyone. William helped us out when Sandy Springs Ford failed and he didn't even benefit from the sale of the car but hopefully we can send business his way in the future. Thank you, William!
