I have had my car serviced at Sentry Ford for over 30 Consecutive years . Have bought my Fords at Sentry since I moved to Medford over 30 years ago

Car repair/

I heard an unfriendly noise in my power steering , called the service dept. and they said come right in. The repair and service was fast and efficient. I had my car back and running like a kitten in no time. Very happy with my service at this dealership all the time.

Just A Great Experience

Went in to Sentry, to look at a few cars, and left 2 hours later with a loaded 2015 Lincoln MKC. Amel was our salesperson and was nice from the moment he introduced himself. Very happy that I went to Sentry and would recommend to anyone the same.Thanks Amel !!!!!!!!!

Service department comments.

Every visit is the same, Courteous knowledgeable service people who give you a clear explanation of the problem and the cost to fix it. Service people visit waiting room to tell you of the progress. The repair work is done by people that know their business. It is a pleasure to visit the service department.
