Write a reviewThis dealership is one of the worst dealerships I have
This dealership is one of the worst dealerships I have visited in my life. My mom (90) had an XT4 and we were having issues with the car slamming on the brakes for no reason. This safety issue should have been taken seriously but after having the car for 3 weeks they advised there was nothing worng with the vehicle. When we got the vehicle home, there was nail in the tire which obviously came from when the dealership had the vehicle. When we arrived to pick up the car, they were putting air in the tire but did not admit to this issue. My mom called Cadillac roadside assitance and unfortunately, they sent someone from this dealership. The associate of Capial Cadillac told my mom that they would put in a temporary plug and she needed to get a permanent plug for the vehicle. She went to Firestone and they advised that the "temporary plug" was leaking and she needed a new tire. We have had nothing but issues with Capital Cadillac and if I could rate them a "0", I would. My advise is to run and dont look back at Capital Cadillac. Horrbile service and terrible attitudes by the employees. YUCK!!!

Dealing with Capital Cadillac was a pleasure and the
Dealing with Capital Cadillac was a pleasure and the process of finding and choosing a new car was easier than we imagined. Our salesman, Thom Holmes, took extra care to show us the model we were interested in and explain the "bells and whistles" so that we understood the value we'd be getting with a purchase. Once we decided on the model, color and options we wanted, Thom went above and beyond to get the vehicle we specifically wanted. Within a week we were driving our now Cadillac home. All of the team at Capital were extremely helpful and responsive to our questions and needs. We would not hesitate to recommend Capital to our friends and family who may be in the market for a new or used Cadillac as the process was comfortable, relaxed and professional.

I worked with Thom Homles in the sales department.
I worked with Thom Homles in the sales department. He did an excellent job. He was extremely thorough and answered all the questions I had (I had many). He was also very polite and professional. His service greatly stood out to me. He guided me through all the car purchasing steps, while not rushing/pushing me. I am very happy to have worked with Thom. I also greatly enjoyed speaking with Chris, who was very knowledgable about the car I was interested in.

Horrible!
Horrible!! I went in for my 45k check, oil change and brake’s checked. About 1.5 later the service rep tells me everything is A-ok. I get home and look at my paperwork and the technician said “needs front brakes”. I call back and the service rep tells me that that was a mistake and that brakes are fine. 2 weeks later my car behayto shake when I applied the brakes. Took it bac, only to be told I need front and back brakes! They were worn completely down. I asked why I wasn’t told that 2 weeks ago. “He made a mistake”. I asked if my 45k maintenance was actually done since I no longer trust the first service rep. It was not! Second rep said he he would make it was done this time and check to make sure nothing else is needed. I also had some warranty work that neede to be done So he was going to ca and let me know if it got approved. I received no call. I called the next day because I never heard from him, now he seems agitated that I was calling him. I asked what the status of my car was, he said it was ready (abruptly). I asked how much owe, he said whatever I told you before. You didn’t tell me. Anything, then he said you’ll only pay for your brakes, the rest is covered by warranty and rushed me off the phone. About 20 minutes later I get a text from them telling me the total I owe was 2192.00! I immediately call him back, now he’s really aggravated and says “you only need to pay what I told you that is a computer sending out those messages and they don’t know anything!” Finally told me I what I owe and rushed me off the phone. I called the GM to let him know what had happened and I still don’t believe my 45k maintenance was done. He apologized and said he’ll call me back. Guess what? Maintenance check was still not done! I asked what all the 45k entails and how much is it. He said he didn’t know and would have someone call me with all the details and to schedule me to come in again. Mind you, I live almost an hour away and guess what? 3 days later…still no call! 2 weeks later I get get a text that I have an appointment. Doesn’t say for what so I call, guess what? They scheduled me for a part replacement that they broke on my last visit and never told me! Enrique said “at least we’re going to fix it. I knew we broke it but you didn’t.” I guess he wanted brownie points for that. So I go in and this time I demanded my 45k mile check up. Done! But wait there’s more…fast forward to 08/21/2023. My car wouldn’t start. My husband check my battery, fully corroded! I wasn’t going back to Capital so someone recommended John Thornton Chevrolet. I called them, they got me in quickly. They said the battery corrosion should have been caught on the 45k inspection! Capital Cadillac has gone way down hill in customer service and vehicle service!
