DO NOT SPEND MONEY OR TIME
Whoever got anything good to say is a friend of the company... they repo my car after 2 weeks of purchase for tax title and license not my car note I spoke with Ruby who stated I had 10 days to retrieve I go on Thursday to get my work papers spoke with Jose who says same as Ruby over the phone so I go in Monday to make a payment on the tax title and license plus some NOT only was my car on the lot for purchase by a new owner but Jose states now my account is closed and he switches from he has to call whomever closed in to now he has to email this is not even 5 days of repo then I speak to Ruby ALL of sudden she's confused about what she said to me so she hangs up then after so called having to wait for this email I called the other day and now Jose very rude as the first we spoke says my account was closed yesterday and he doesn't have time for this This meaning explaining my account and his lies so he hangs up just like Ruby did each time I spoke to them no matter how rude they were I kept my professional manner and IM THE CUSTOMER best believe everything was recorded I'm not taking this situation lightly at all if I read these reviews first I would have never came unfortunately I I was recommended by a friend of Yolanda Rangel who smirked from her closed office and act as if she couldn't come out to speak with me even though she's the one I went over my contract with. The whole staff are crooks ...not worth a wooden nickle yet along a 🌟
I got a 2011 chevy Cruze and a day later the check engine light was on they fixed something with the compressor they light went off and it came back on i went back and they said there?s nothing they can do because of the warranty very unprofessional and rude
Not a Happy Customer
I have been a customer since 2007 & this is the 3rd car that I have purchased from them. I have paid off EVERY CAR I've gotten from them. This last time I had an AWFUL experience. I have been called out of my name, I have been called on my job for dumb things such as. The signature on my money order to my insurance information not being received but it had been lost. I am not allowed to pay my car note on the inside. I have to drop it off in the drop box. I have no problem with that EXCEPT I never get receipts of my payment. When I called to request a receipt. They refused to give me any. I called to verify my pay off amount and I was informed that the Owner Scott raised the amount. I asked to speak to him to find out why. He stated that he doesn't feel like talking to me and instructed his office manager to hang up in my face. The finance manager told me to bring the car back and drop it off. I owe $54.16 on this car and they raised my pay off amount to $106.16 just because they felt like it. After this I will never go back. 3 cars from them is all I can take.
