I just purchased a ridgeline . I was disappointed w sales not returning my calls. I called many times left messages w debbie and never got a call back. I wanted tonpurchase additional options and had questions and never got a call back. The car sold itself but the sales rep should have been communicating w us when we had questions. I hope service us better than sales.

My appointment was on it on time. I was checked in. I was given the information about the Repair. The service representative was polite and courteous, and he gave us reassurance that everything would be done as soon as possible. The waiting area was clean and had snack snacks, and free coffee, which is always a nice Touch.
