Great service

Went to purchase a new car and had the opportunity to work with Adderl Rodriguez. If you need a new car and want the right guidance, definitely visit atlantic honda in bayshore and ask for Adderl (arod) he is fantastic !!!!!!

Pleasure to deal with

The entire ream was courteous and professional while being very accommodating and consultative in meeting our needs and wants. Dave Jr was awesome to deal with and will be my new Honda guy for sure. Worse experience at a dealership in my 49 years of buying ne

They tried to sell me a tire that I did not need. I had a nail in the top of the tire. They insisted it was in the rear side wall. They insist d I needed to buy a new tire.!They failed the inspection (which they should have not performed) and charged me $10. They ripped off the inspection sticker. They took over an hour to wash the car..it was a crappy wash. The service women as obnoxious and twice I asked to speak to the service manager and twice I was told no. I have a picture of the nail. I sent the service manager an email with my number and I never received a call. WORST SERVICE EVER! The tire was patch elsewhere for $15, inspected for $10, and the tires rotated for $20. It would have cost me at least $300 for service for $45 worth of work. So much for free oil changes!
