Excellent Service

What an outstanding experience!!! Rauly Fernandez was a pleasure to work with and he got me a great price on my new Honda Accord 2017. He is very knowledgeable, accommodating, and professional. Excellent service from all the staff members at Atlantic Honda. I highly recommend Rauly and Atlantic Honda!

What an Amazing experience

I never thought that buying a car could be so enjoyable I had no intention of buying a vehicle today but the way this young man presented the car to me he walked around the car with me he started from the engine and worked his way around the car I was really impressed with the fact that he knows what Vtec means he took me on a test drive and brought me right to the service department where I met a gentleman by the name Bernie who was very polite as well Diego worked with me was very patient and I really enjoyed this experience if your looking for a great ride and a great experience with a superb salesman ask for Diego he treated me as if I was one of his own family members and the finance mgr Clyde was very nice as well he really took care of us great group of people at Atlantic Honda thank you to all especially Diego

Leased two new Hondas

Jimmy did a great job. He showed both patience and understanding. He worked hard to meet our budget and tried to teach us the new technology that exists in the new cars. He worked hand in hand with David to make our experience as painless as possible. Great job, Atlantic Honda.

Simple and easy

I went to Atlantic Honda to buy a new 2016 Honda Civic EX after Smithtown Nardy Honda started to change the terms of our agreement at the last minute and made their Civic more expensive. Not only was the Atlantic Honda salesman more open and upfront about how much it would cost, but they beat Smithtown Honda's original deal BY FAR. It honestly felt like I was just hanging out at the dealership and then they gave me a car in the end. Painless, fast and simple. I highly recommend Atlantic If you're looking for a Honda, they'll match or beat any other deal you walk in with.

Pleasent and friendly

John was very nice he work with me and helped me to select and agree with my selection. The process was excessively long but all in all they were very nice and accomadating. If only there was a way that the process was faster that would definitely help others.

ASK FOR JOEY!

After dealing with a not-so-pleasant experience at another dealership, the Atlantic Honda experience was far more superior. Joey Naim was very friendly and matter-of-fact and helped me locate the car that I had my eyes on. This was the first time I bought a car on my own and I felt at ease with the whole process. Excellent car. Excellent experience. Excellent Joey.

Very positive and productive experience

Waste of Time-No Longer the Place to Get the Best Price

Went to the Atlantic Honda dealership to either lease a new Honda Pilot or buyout existing lease for 2013 Honda Pilot which was leased from the same dealer. Got the runaround. After many calls (about 1 a week) prior to appointment about lease equity and to come in and to apply the lease equity to a new car. Went to the Atlantic Honda dealer today, met with the same sales agent that I leased my 2013 Honda Pilot from and they checked the car for lease equity. Went to bathroom with son and sales agent was gone and had us wait 20 minutes. Sales agent finally came back and showed me pricing sheet for 12,000 miles when i wanted 15,000 miles which was much higher than what I paid for 12,000 miles and started selling me on putting down $5,000 to get a higher payment for 12,000 miles than what i paid for my 2013 pilot for 15,000 miles. Didn't say anything about the lease equity which was what i came in for. I asked and he said there was no lease equity since my car was in an accident (hit and run when i was sitting at light) which i would have mentioned had i been asked about it. Then I asked about interest rates for buying out 2013 pilot and then the finance guy came and after running my credit could only tell me it would be in the 3's (%). Couldn't give me an interest rate after running my credit. The finance guy acted like I was dumb. I told him i can get a better rate at the credit union. I walked out and went to the credit union and got a 1.99% interest and bought out my lease. Felt like Atlantic Honda really didn't want my business. Since I had purchased 2 cars from Atlantic dealers in the past including the same Honda dealer, expected a better experience and more transparency. The pricing sheet they showed me was not the best price. Used to be the best price for car dealers and is no longer the best price anymore. Really wasted my time and gave me the run around. I expected more since I had purchased the car from the same dealer. Don't bother coming here. No longer the best price on cars and didn't want my business.
