Great service, very knowledgeable, everyone is terrific. It is such a friendly dealership., The service and price were unbeatable. We wouldn't go anywhere else!

I got the car I wanted at a good price

Customer service was excellent. Worked on the price for me and did not have to put any money down especially for leasing a car. Left with my car the same day even though i had to wait for my insurance to fax over document. i would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone.

Buying a car

Buying a car for me was always like getting Root Canal. But buying from Atlantic Honda made it a great experience.The sales person Jesus Ramirez and the Manager Rick Alessi and the guys at the front desk were GREAT and would tell everyone I know to go here. Alexa in the service dept was right on things. Was there with my wife and 12 year old daughter for a little bit and daughter didn't complain once, They made sure she got anything she needed. Now see for yourself you will not be dissatisfied.

Delightful experience

Recently we bought a new Honda Pilot Touring 2015 from Atlantic Honda. The total experience at the dealership was unbelievable. The team member who helped us was awesome. Those guys (mentioned below) was very very helpful which was very much professional. They know how to (treat people good) become a good salesmen in order to sale their car. Atlantic Honda's service & price were unbeatable!

The service and price were unbeatable! My sales rep, Jesus Ramirez, went out of his way to get the car we wanted --at the best price -- obtaining it from another dealership. He also made sure I was comfortable and satisfied with the car of my choice, allowing me to compare the drive with other similar cars. Jesus was always readily available, and provided us with bonus amenities, such as free first year maintenance and key replacement. He is very knowledgeable about the workings of my Hybrid Accord, and showed me how to use the various electronics ... even days after I picked up my car and had forgotten some of the instructions. Jesus is always happy to help! He's not satisfied until you're smiling from ear to ear! My Touring Hybrid drives like a dream ? quiet yet powerful! As you can tell, I can?t say enough about my car, my sales rep and Atlantic Honda. Thank you for a great experience!

Excellent customer service.

Great service...Joey Naim is terrific and so is Rick Alessi. It is such a friendly dealership.. The whole family buys cars from Atlantic Honda.. Wouldn't go anywhere else!!

Satisfied Customer

This review has been long overdue, I purchased my used Honda back in February 2015 from Jesus Ramirez and I have only had positive experiences all around. This will be a two part review, one for the service department and the other is for the sales rep. Sales: From the moment I stepped into the show room, Jesus treated me like I was a member of his family. He was/is kind, genuine, accomodating and very patient with me. He is definitely not your typical sales person; every time I walk into the dealership, he greets me and asks how I am doing. Normally that is not out of the ordinary, but he remembers specific details about me and he seems genuinely interested in my response. I would totally go back to him for my next vehicle. On a side note, there was an issue with my vehicle when I purchased my car, even though they already had my business, Jesus and the team went out of their way to solve the problem and ensured I was satisfied with the solution. Service: The service team has also been wonderful, they are professional and timely. In addition, during my last two visits they've had a massage therapist and a nail technician, coffee, tea, bagels and muffins. If that is not enough, they have also washed my car (by far my favorite perk). These things might not seem like a huge deal, but in a world where businesses keep scaling back, they seem to work hard to maintain and keep their customers. It's an awesome business model!
