The service department at Interstate Ford is fantastic.
The service department at Interstate Ford is fantastic. They have provided excellent service for my vehicles for about 10 years. Allen Maillet has been so helpful. He is efficient, knowledgeable and keeps me informed of the status of the work on my vehicle. I have also appreciated the availability of the shuttle service Interstate offers. In past years, Rob in the Parts department has also been extremely helpful.

She is not customer oriented.
She is not customer oriented. She does care as far as I'm concerned. When someone takes eating food at there station over you and then passes you off to someone else, not my kind. I will not use your dealer ship at all. I have a wind noise problem and you as a dealership can't even send a tech out for 15 minutes to hear it. Poor costumer service. No one wants to think out of the box, just got a job.
