Typical dealership service department; any excuse to

Typical dealership service department; any excuse to steal your money. Took a 2022 F150 in for warranty service because the bed camera no longer works. Tech took off the brake light housing, saw a previous dealership had installed a brake light flasher on the brake light wiring, and claimed that it was the problem and they couldn't fix the camera. The camera, which has a separate wiring harness from the brake light, was inoperable because the "3rd party equipment" caused the failure. And then charged me $160 for the privilege of being blown off. Turns out the camera is overheating in the sun, and will fail if it's too hot. When it cools down, it works again. Replacing it with a new camera fixed the issue.

Dealership has nice staff and great prices.

Dealership has nice staff and great prices. Do make sure when you buy a car that all the fluids are topped off because that seems to be a common mistake. Also making sure the car is clean with all pieces included also seems to be a common mistake. If you’re going to buy a vehicle here just make sure you do your own checklist because the people selling you the car will not do it for you.

Our relationship with Interstate Ford began out of state. We began our truck build in Wyoming. We selected Interstate to place our order because of convenience to our Colorado residence. We placed our order through Dave Pogue. Dave introduced us to Nick Velasquez. Our experience with both Dave and Nick were top drawer. Granted, we brought our order to the dealership, but they guided us through the entire process. A very good experience.
