This was the 2nd car purchase from Lynch and it could not...

This was the 2nd car purchase from Lynch and it could not have been any easier. We were looking for a replacement car for a college student and found a nice used RAV4 at Lynch. The car I was trading was a 2000 Subura with 164K miles which need about $1400 of repairs. They offerred which I thought was a very nice trade in amount towards the vehicle I selected. Clint Dixon and Gerry Nellis provided answers to all of my questions.

Mke was not "pushy". He knew his facts and was helful with the new car features. I was very satisfied with my experience except for not including floor mats.

Five Stars for Lynch Toyota! We live closer to other...

Five Stars for Lynch Toyota! We live closer to other Toyota dealers, but have always choose to drive to Lynch, and have purchased vehicles from Lynch before. The vehicle we just purchased was a new 2013, and we worked with Mike Coia, along with Scott Bergin and Jason Knapp. In this purchase, as with the prior purchase, Mike Coia was very helpful and we do appreciate working with a professional, honest and very helpful staff. All of our questions were answered, and Jason Knapp took time to answer our questions clearly and concisely. We strongly recommend Lynch Toyota to anyone who is looking to purchase a new, certified used or used vehicle, and we would not go anywhere else to by a Toyota. Clearly it is worth the drive, they are by far, the best Toyota dealer in the Hartford area .

Service department is very poor. I was not treated nicely and I do not feel confident having my car serviced here. I will not be returning.

Gary Adams was very helpful in negotiating the deal for me and in the end purchasing the vehicle that I wanted. He is a great person to work with and I believe will be a great asset to your business.

Faithful Customer

Myself and my family have been Lynch customers for 30 years. We always have good service no matter if we are purchasing a new or used car or in for service or body work its pretty consistent. The few times we have had concerns usually due to poor communications, sometimes our fault. There has always been someone there willing to listen and take the initiative to make it right. Besides my family and my extended family I have sent many friends and co workers there.I would not do this if I thought they would not get treated as well as I am. My recommendation is to go there give them a shot and if you don't get a comfortable feeling like I do go somewhere else. Don't take just my advice ask other people who do business with these people.I be surprised if you don't get a good recommendation from them also.

On Sunday January 27th I found a car I really liked (a 2012 Prius 4) in the Lynch Toyota Online Inventory. I decided I would drop a note using the Online e-quote feature to see what kind of deal they were offering. Lynch Toyota gets very good reviews so I felt comfortable initiating this contact. Since it was a Sunday, and I thought I might hear back some time on Monday. But Internet manager Scott Bergen got back to me in short order that day! He verified the car I was interested in was in the inventory. We exchanged several e-mails and he set us up to meet with Sales Representative Buddy Beaulieu this afternoon (Feb 5,2012)for a test drive. He also took a refundable deposit to hold the car for us since I was concerned someone else might buy it. (Our appointment was over a week away. I had done a lot of looking and hadn't found many Prius 4s at all much less in the color I wanted.) We live an hour away from Manchester but the positive reviews I read and my experience with Scott in e-mails and by phone was excellent and we decided it was worth the time to drive up and take a test drive and if I liked it, to buy the car from Lynch. We brought along all the paper work we needed to buy the car but figured we would still have to make one more trip up to pick it up. Not the case! The car was prepped and ready to go. They had initial paperwork ready. They did an assessment of our trade-in that was very fair. I test-drove the Prius and LOVED it! Buddy gave me an thorough "tour" of the interior features in the car and went over the Warranty and other aspects included in the purchase and answered all of our questions! Jason Knapp the Finance Manager made signing all the paperwork FUN! He is most personable and once again went over all aspects of the sale and warranty which is offered by Toyota not the dealership so we can have the car serviced in our area. Don Simmons the Sales Manager met with us to make sure that our experience there had been a good one and told us about a dinner event for new Toyota owners were we can meet with the Technicians and ask any questions we might have! (Buddy had also mentioned this event. It may be worth the drive back up there!) We felt very welcomed and cared for. We walked in at 1:00 p.m. and drove out in our new Prius less than 3 hours later! It was a great experience! Susan McConnell

Lynch Toyota is by far the best dealership that we have ever encountered. EVERYONE was very welcoming, listen to our needs and worked with us to allow for us to lease the car we wanted. Everyone went above and beyond what we ever expected. I would recommend Lynch Toyota to ANYONE who is looking for a new car. We just purchased a Tundra two years ago from a local Toyota Dealership and will NEVER return to them for any of our car needs. Lynch has made a lasting impression on us and will be our dealer of choice for all our car needs. Purchasing a new car is stressful in considering the car, price and monthly expense. Lynch's approach and how extremely informative they were during the entire process eliminated any stress or concern we had. Again, if looking for a new car, your one and only stop should be Lynch Toyota. I am certain that you will be pleased with picking them as your dealership. We certainly are!!! Thanks to all of you that made our car buying an enjoyable experience!! p.s. LOVE MY NEW TOYOTA!!!!!

Mike listened to my needs and went to work finding the best match on his car lot. My experience from start to finish was detailed when describing the used cars and their features. He showed be 5 different models that would fit my budget. The fact that he negotiated opening to get my 1st choice of cars into my budget was effortless. No stress when offering a price for my used vehicle. Taking a test drive into Hartford to my wife's office was super beneficial. She even took the car for a test drive. The paperwork was easy and and the financial manager made it easy and accurate. The offer of a better wrap around warrently for a reasonable price made the deal even better. This is my third purchase through Lynch Toyota and each time they go above and beyond my expectations. The facility is bright and welcoming and the employees know their cars. After recently totalling my vehicle, my insurance company stated I had to make up the $3,000 difference from what my car was worth and what they would pay. When I went to Lynch Totota to talk about getting a another car, they informed me that the $3,000 difference would be covered by Toyota through GAP Insurance (since I leased the car). This was a huge relief.
