    Paid $880 for parts and work on a small piece of window trim, oil change, tire rotation. They said they had to order the part and gave a loaner car. Then... they wanted me to pay $350 extra for the loaner car when I arrived to pick up my car. I was told I had I had 150 miles per day by the trained loaner car personnel, then James Pierce changed it to 150 miles per contract when he found out I drove the car to Alabama(next door state). Liars cannot be trusted with anybody cars, especially my 3 Acuras that I own. I love my Acuras, I can't trust Acuraland.

    Purchased an Acura MDX with a “certified pre-owned warranty”. However don’t be fooled as this supposed warranty does not cover anything... they do not deem mechanical or electrical. This was NOT made clear during the buying process. I am having to pay $300+ for a new tail light after the seal around it leaked and caused my tail light to go out. Even though the LED lights are electrical, it is not covered by warranty. Additionally, I was told at another dealership that the car had a front-end impact causing the front head light to not shoot straight. This also was not made known during the buying process. Thoroughly disappointed! I thought it meant something to be “certified pre-owned by Acura”. Guess again!!

    Everything about my experience in buying my RDX was positive, from the email response to my online inquiry to my visit to my phone calls to my purchasing... experience. Acura Carland had the best selection in town, both new and used. I looked at both new and used, ultimately buying a new car. My salesperson, Hugh Kronitz, was extremely professional and helpful in every respect. The buying process was smooth and reasonably fast. Then, after my purchase, I was surprised with a training session from Gian on every component on my car, from the trunk to the GPS. I never felt rushed; he even let me program in my favorite telephone number for voice command. I would highly recommend this dealer if you are considering an Acura.

    Last weekend, I purchased my third car with Acura Carland and I have to say, there has been a complete turn around here. Previous experiences had me not... wanting to even step foot in this dealership, but I am SO glad I did! I walked in not expecting much, but not only were they able to help with concerns I had with my old car, they were able to get me into a new one that fit all of my needs. Thank you Robert, Jimmy, and Primevere for taking care of me and making me feel apart of Acura Carland. I honestly can not say enough amazing things about you all. I also have to mention that the service department is great as well. I had an issue with my apt. complex and parking the loaner car and Lakisha took care of it, no questions asked. Thank you again Acura Carland!

    Went in to view a used BMW and the salesman was very personable, showed me the vehicle and I was able to get a good impression of the car. The salesman... was very friendly and professional and was not a hard-sell person and I left with contacts for following through if I needed. I would return to this dealership if I wanted to pursue buying. Recommend this dealership as a professional place to do business.

    At Acura Carland it is obvious their mission is to look out for their customer. The personnel are always friendly, polite, and professional. When I have... to go there for any service I am never stressed because I know it will be a pleasant experience. The lobby area is comfortable and clean so I usually just wait for my vehicle to be serviced.

    I am seeing lots of great review for this place. I am doubtful if those are valid. Lets talk about my experience. I have 09 MDX. First time when I went... to Carland was when I moved to Duluth and it was the nearest from my location. I went there twice. I am a non caucasian person, reason I am saying to cause I felt like I didn't belong there. Now before this place, I took this car to couple of the service in NJ and CA where oil change for normal was not more than $60. Here they charge $100. Anyway, they don't treat people with respect and charges lot more than other places. So please do yourself a favor and check before you drop your car there.
