They had dishonest pricing on their vehicles. The sales price of the car we wanted to buy was listed as ~$44700 on the Gwinnett Place Honda website. After we saw the vehicle, they brought out an initial price sheet that would put the car at $56000 out the door. This included a sales price of ~$48500, a $1000 "discount", ~$4000 of "dealer upgrades", and all tax/tag/title/fees. When we showed the sales manager (not the salesman), he seemed surprised that his own dealership had listed the car at the lower price. They are either incompetent, or believe that their customers are incompetent. We told them that we didn't want any of the "upgrades" like AW Mats, the "lojack" feature, etc. The sales manager talked to us like we had never seen a car before. They treat their customers like idiots. We ended up purchasing a car from another dealership that treated us with respect, gave us transparent pricing, and gave us a a significantly better deal on the exact same vehicle. I will never go back to Gwinnett Place Honda.

Thanks for highlighting the price difference. The website lists the vehicle’s base cost, while the in‑store worksheet includes Georgia taxes, tag/title fees, and protection packages—hence the higher out‑the‑door figure. We appreciate your feedback and hope that you have a great day!

Delvine sold me this car almost 2yrs ago and he still checks in on me and my family. I bought 2 more cars from him as well. Great honest guy and not all about the sale. My service advisor Nakari N. always i mean ALWAYS take care of me and make sure im not taken advantage of. I can trust that my car is going to be done right everytime and he is very honest.

I really am not sure about the quality of the repairs since this was done very recently. I haven't had any issues at this point and trust everything was completed properly. Representative was very good and knowledgeable.

Dear Ms. Salvador, You're absolutely right—it was our mistake, just as we discussed. I know you heard the conversation between us, you heard we made multiple attempts to reach the customer, asking for their location so we could arrange pickup. We offered a loaner vehicle as well as to deliver your car back to you. Additionally, we proposed cutting a new key. When you regained access to your car, I asked what I could do to make this right. At the time you just wanted to leave. That offer still stands. I truly apologize for the inconvenience and the time you lost due to our error. Thomas is great to work with. Came in for a tire issue, he took the time to see where the leak was, and took my car in. I had been there on three other occasions getting air added, but no one had really inspected the tire like Thomas. So I really appreciate him taking the time out to do so.
