All of the staff at the dealership were very inviting and cordial. My salesman, Ben, made the purchasing of my new GMC pick up truck, very enjoyable and refreshing. He was very informative and providing a detailed demonstration of all of the options on my new vehicle. He even offered refreshments while we waited for the finance department. Ben made a potentially stressful buying experience, a very fun and enjoyable event. He is to be commended for his professionalism. We had Joel help us and he was great, we felt no pressure and he allowed us to look at the car as long as we needed to.

Had a appointment for 1030 got there 1031 took him two hours to do an oil change and tire rotation, which was all right because it was crowded but go to check on my truck and the lady is going to lunch and my paperwork is laying on her desk and luckily somebody else came and took care of it after I said something to someone that was ridiculous that it was no one to take care of her load as she goes to lunch for hour or 30 minutes
