My experience here at Rick Hendrick GMC was pleasant and relaxing. Taiven Coleman was patient and listened to my requests. He seemed to do his best to get me what I wanted. He communicated with me for at least a week before I made it to the dealership. When I got there it seemed he knew exactly what I was thinking. He suggested looking at the very truck I had decided to try to get.

Pleasant Experience
My experience was pleasant and not long and drawn out, partly due to my having done my research ahead of time, and partly due to my client advisor (salesman) Tavien Coleman. He was energetic without being aggressive, friendly, and respectful of my time. He also has followed up several times to make sure I am satisfied with the car, as well as to see if I have any questions.

Service Dept
my wife went to the service department for an oil change, a front light bulb, and rear light bulb replacement. The dealership upsold her on all this other crap and did the work for that, but not the bulb replacements. how do you not do what we wanted in the first place? but of course do all the work you recommend? so I go back and speak to someone in service and they told me my wife declined the light bulb replacements -__- WHY would she decline the work for what she came here for in the first place! The service dept needs to get it together. We spent $275, paid for all this extra crap, but they didnt even fix what we wanted. I feel like its the classic case of dealerships taking advantage of women who dont know any better. And I say this coming from someone who has worked in automotive for the last 10 years.

New Truck Purchase at Hendrick
Found the vehicle I was looking for on the lot which is huge since I had been to 4 dealerships and searched unsuccessfully. They did not ignore me on the lot but also did not pressure. I was serious about buying so they got serious about trying to get the information and bring to the table the vehicle I wanted. I drove 60 miles to deal with this dealership and it?s people. Donny Robertson, Vick, Ryan and everyone worked very hard to earn my business and I highly recommend them to anyone seriously looking for a new Chevrolet, Buick, GMC. They will get it done for you.
