2014 GMC Sierra 1500 Oil Change Svc & A/C Failure

Appeared to be poor communications from the advisor to the mechanic. Since I purchased the 2014 GMC SLT Truck new I have participated in having a GMC Dealer change the oil and filter. The only difference is that I supply the Mobil 0-20W full synthetic and a Wix oil Filter for ALL oil changes. The 2 5quart containers were in the back seat along with the filter. This is communicated to the advisor and the advisor adds this information to the work order. This time the mechanic did not use my Wix filter. The reason given by the advisor is that the mechanic had changed the filter before he saw it. Some how the communication did not work? This visit the A/C had failed and a new condenser was installed for $1,142.87 + $30 service charge.

Great Staff and Great Experience

The experience my husband and I received will be one to remember, in a great way. Things started out rough due to a few minor hiccups. However, a few team members were able to get the issues resolved. In a timely and professional manner, the team members at this locations went over and beyond to ensure we were completely happy and satisfied. We will definitely return for future services and highly recommend anyone reading this review to visit. I will like to thank the following individuals for providing great customer service: Cameron Jackson (Salesman), Chase Manning (Finance Manager) and Tracy Whitmire (General Manager). Completely changed my perception - loyal customer!

Tommy Clark (Service Manager) took the opportunity to help solve a known issue with my 2014 Sierra. My first quote a couple of weeks prior to his involvement was unreasonable; especially knowing the issue with my truck was known by GMC. Tommy called with a solution already pre-approved and saved me 75% off of my original quote. Couple that with his attention to detail and follow up throughout the entire process, Tommy was able to earn my business and respect. Thank you, Tommy!

Great service from Jon Lockwood and team.

I bought a GMC used that had some corrosion on the frame and lower components. It came from snow country, however at less than one year old this was too much. Really should have been found on the vehicle inspection. Nonetheless, when I contacted Jon about repairs and recoat he got right to work and it took one day for his team to recoat the entire frame and any effected components. I am very satisfied with the results and will trade with them again.

Best service Amazingly Awesome!

I Took my car in for travel road service since I was traveling to Florida, Jeff Williams the service man, in service center took excellent care of my vehicle making sure it was travel ready and I did not have to wait all day everything was done perfectly and my car was serviced and ready to travel on the road to Florida, thank you Rick Hendricks GMC and thank you service that you?ve given me and make sure that I was completely satisfied. I am forever grateful to Rick Hendricks GMC and to Jeff Williams my service person.

Awesome Service RICK HENDRICK GMC- Dilute GA

Since I moved to GA 3 1/2 years ago, this is where I've been getting my car service. I've not had any problem at all. My service advisor Jeff Williams has been the very best customer service professional person I have ever come across. I strongly recommend RICK HENDRICK BUICK GMC to anyone especially the service department you will get the very best service.. I recently took my car in for an oil change and brakes, everything was done Perfectly. I am sorry this will be my last visit since I'm moving on from Georgia but if you're here in Georgia and looking for a good place to take your car in for services I highly recommend Rick Hendrick GMC in Dilute GA to you!! Shopping for a new truck.

We were looking for a new truck 2500. My wife emailed for days with several dealers for best deal.. they worked with us to find the best deal. So we went and looked at the truck....purchased it. Excellent people to work with.....I would highly recommend them to anyone that want's a great deal and excellent people to work with!!!

Professional & Outstanding buying experience

The buying experience of my Sierra Denali couldn't have more smooth. From the detailed information provided about the truck, to the expertly crafted deal, to the smooth closing, the experience was the best truck purchasing experience I've ever had.
