Joelle, our sales person, was the epitome of professional. While car buying experience was more than I could have asked for. Did not pressure me into another vehicle and listened to every feature I wanted. Went with a 2025 Buick Envista ST. He checked in on us day after to check on us. I will definitely be going back for future car purchases. Not to mention our finance guy, tavian. Very professional, and no pressure.

Absolute worst management and trade evaluation ever.

Absolute worst management and trade evaluation ever. Kim brown was a honest person, but had me dragged on waiting on Ryan sanders “manager” instead of offering a fair trade he decided to lowball an offer that you can’t find anywhere in the country. Told me they use “KBB” Ran it thru myself it and it came back at 17k higher than what they offered me. Caught me with a fake 12k off msrp or 0% financing ad but tried royally screw me. Instead of owning the fact they tried to lowball me, he got sensitive and hung up the phone on me while I was speaking. I called back and he answered Kim’s phone. I knew not to do business with any brand tied to Hendricks but I thought they were gonna be fair. Unfair bait and switch with lowball practices. I’d think twice before buying anything Hendricks Buick GMC Duluth. Especially if the failing manager is involved.
