The manager [Michael] was extremely professional and accommodating. They addressed all my concerns and made the negotiation process fair and transparent. The finance team [AK] was efficient, explaining all options clearly. Overall, top-notch service from both the manager and finance department.

They can't seem to answer the phone today; when they do, they put me on hold and then hang upafter 5 minutes. This is not the kind of service i expect

Marvin Ledesma is the epitome of customer care, service

Marvin Ledesma is the epitome of customer care, service and sales all rolled into one. He is gracious and understands what taking care of a customer means. You never feel pressured and he strives to meet your needs/requests. This was the most fun experience for me in buying a car. Fernando is also an awesome service rep and patiently set up my spanking new EV with me. Such professionalism from these two gentlemen will make me come back and be repeat customers of Fletcher Jones.

Marvin Ledesma is the epitome of customer care, service and sales all rolled into one. He is gracious and understands what taking care of a customer means. You never feel pressured and he strives to meet your needs/requests. This was the most fun experience for me in buying a car. Worst customer service I have ever seen in my life !

Worst customer service I have ever seen in my life !! Luis Rodriquez place two hard pull of my credit report, one by the dealer the other one by the bank and after he got me the approval for the car I wanted to purchase C300 2020 , he told me someone from finance going to call me so we can finalize the deal and sign the documents via notary since I live in orange county ... all of the sudden disappeared and never answered my call or text again ! ! look like they sold the car to other customer. So unprofessional Fletcher Jones I have all the communications happened between us in my phone such a shame and stupidity. Never bother to call and apologize for the mess and credit score damage. I don't know if his superior aware of that or it is Fletcher jones business style ? !! I'm planning to call DMV inspector and file complaint with department of consumer affairs, I will send a detailed email to Mercedes benz USA executive corporate office. Fair Credit Reporting act violation !! I wasn't only treated with unprofessionalism but also with disrespect . Future customers be aware !Sal

I initially came into the dealership to browse cars but

I initially came into the dealership to browse cars but ended up leaving with my dream car !! I was helped by sales manager Marvin Ledesma. He was not only patient with my constant nagging, he met every concern with a very transparent answer. I kept him ant the dealership until almost 12am and he patiently helped me find my dream car and wouldn’t let me settle until I was in love! His main goal was to make sure that I was happy not only with my car but the service. I was also helped by the finance manager Joe and Obaid. They were very sweet and helpful and explained my deal with great detail leaving nothing out. I will be recommending this dealership to everyone I know and am left speechless by the level of professionalism and dedication that Marvin and his colleagues displayed. Trust me I gave them a hard time and they killed me with kindness!! Exceptional service all around !!!

Mr. Marvin Ledesma is an outstanding salesman in every sense of the word. We just bought our 3rd Mercedes from him and we would never go to anyone else. We live in Huntington Beach and only 20 minutes from the Fletcher Jones dealership in Newport Beach. That being said, we consistently go to Marvin at the Fremont Fletcher Jones because of his professionalism, his amazing service, and his dedication to pleasing his customers. Truly a memorable experience for us. I have an audi & Mercedes and had Volvo in the past, but I have never such a fantastic customer service. I recommend them for any car you want to buy. They focus on customer service fully. Specially two people - Tito Tamalpas (sales) & Amin Siddiq (manager) are my recommendations. Fantastic human beings and amazing experience.
