I visited RickCase Honda on 10/11/23 because my car was showing signs of engine malfunction. I was greeted with a smile by Duane. He was very professional and he reassured me they were going to take very good care of my car. I was pleased that God sent me on his way.

Today was a great day considering I only had today to get my oil changed and getting a last minute app booked for 8am. Simone at the counter was awesome. The SERVICE EXPRESS CENTRE STAFF was pretty AMAZING as well. Conmar, the Assistant Service Manager informed me that I needed a tire rotation as well. Impressed by his attentiveness to my concerns and helped to get them resolved quickly. He also stated when and what might need to be fixed within the next 5 to 6 months. Overall, it was an awesome visit today. Considering my last oil change visit at this location which was a total disappointment. Thanks everyone 😊

I went in for brakes. At the end they tried to charge me hidden fees and when I didn’t fall for it Waldo sent me on a wild goose chase to find my car. The manager had to go find my car which was in the opposite direction that Waldo pointed to. Awful

I’m been customer for more than 15 years with excellent results in prices and quality of the cars, but the must important thing is the way that you are threatening by every employee of the dealer, in sales, parts , service or office. They are very professionals.
