I was extemely upset with the service I received. The service person William assigned to my 11 am appointment was nowhere to be found when I got there... but a nice man named Sonny helped me. I was told there would be an approximate 2 hr wait. When I returned, William was once again MIA. This time a nice gentleman named Vito tried to help but no one could find my car. The Service Manager named Sam was very upset, gave me a discount for my troubles, and had them searching for my car. It was allegedly found and I was told to pay and it would be right out. I paid at 1:32 and waited. Finally, once again, someone had to go find my car only to find that it was still on the rack in the service area. I was so upset at this time I asked them not to bother washing but just get me my car. If someone had advised me that it would be an additional 30 minutes, I would have waited patiently. However, to be told it was ready, pay and then wait another approximate 20 minutes is inexcusable. The only reason I will go back to your dealership is that I have had many pleasant experiences with helpful service techs before but if this happens again, I will never return.
I went to this dealership to talk to the service team members about 2 recall repairs need on my Accord. Team member Ronny put all my info into their computer... (I bought my car from a different dealer) and set me up with a car rental from Hertz on that same visit. Since I lived far away I took the rental car home and my car was ready that next morning.
