The process went smoothly. The salesman had the car ready to test drive and they beat my Carmax sell price on my trade in. The whole process, including finance and closeout took about 3 hours. Good experience.

I terminated the lease on my Honda and purchase it. The dealer and Honda of America ran multiple inquiries on my credit report without my permission. Financial promised to email me copy of ALL paperwork completed and signed. A week of emails and texts and ended up receiving some of it. I was told by the salesperson the vehicle is bring washed. The car wasn't washed. Otherwise, the process was seamless.
