Bought a new car here on June 14.

Bought a new car here on June 14. Sales process was smooth, but everything afterward has been frustrating and unprofessional. I canceled a warranty add-on on June 16. Despite multiple follow-ups and two emails from the general manager looping in her finance team (I was cc’d both times), I’ve received no confirmation and no refund. The finance team has not responded once. The dealership also hasn’t deposited the loan check from my lender, even though they received the funding code on June 15. It’s now June 25th. Still no action, no update. I don’t usually leave reviews, but the lack of follow-through on two basic financial matters, after nearly two weeks, is unacceptable. A good sales experience doesn’t matter if everything after the sale falls apart.

I leased my Prologue & had a great experience during that

I leased my Prologue & had a great experience during that process. Mario & Lenin are amazing! Close to a month later, I had to return due to a tire puncture. Service advisor Grant L was great. He got my vehicle checked in quickly & was very professional & personable. The service was done efficiently & effectively. Also, I want to thank Mario & his sales team for recommending the right services to add to the purchase of my vehicle. AutoNation Honda Valencia is great!!

Zach was very nice and helpful.

Zach was very nice and helpful. There was a laundry list of repairs/maintenance needed or recommended, but Zach assured us that the vehicle was in great condition. He helped guide us in choosing what repairs we should start with and what could wait a little longer.
