Purchased New Vehicle

Nice staff. This is my fourth Infiniti purchased at this dealership. The service department is most helpful as well. I especially like the quick-service option that is available.

Disappointed in CPO process

Even though the CPO checklist would exclude a vehicle with a "damaged, pitted or repaired windshield" my 2019 Q50 vehicle ended up having a windshield that had been repaired, even though the CPO checklist had clearly stated that the vehicle did not have a repaired windshield (poorly repaired). My vehicle was a dealership vehicle so I assumed they would have known if it had been repaired or not. I also asked the salesman, Jason Morgan, specifically if the windshield had been repaired or was cracked as it had some small chips and a lot of bugs on the windshield making it difficult to inspect at the time of delivery. I related my disappointing experience with Toyota and how those repairs are always visible after a few weeks. The offered remedy was to have it repaired again instead of having it replaced. I spent $250 to have it delivered to avoid going to Atlanta (I live in Chattanooga). I had inquired if I needed repairs/CPO services if I could get it done at the Chattanooga dealership and was told I could.

Great Buying Experience!

Infiniti of Gwinnett was amazing with my first leasing experience. Hamber was kind and patient while my husband and I were deciding what to do. He helped make our experience pleasant and comfortable. Hamber also helped out in making our monthly payments as low as possible. I left the dealership feeling confident and excited. Goran, the financing guy was hilarious and helped the awkward signing phase more tolerable.

Best buying experience!!!!

My car buying experience was very enjoyable with Mark. Mark was very helpful in the buying process. I had a vehicle and monthly payment in mind when I went in, And came out exactly what I wanted. He was very professional and helpful during the process. I am used to salespeople running you down with extreme pressure to make a decision about a purchase, but with Mark it totally opposite he was straight with me and to the point in all aspects, and I appreciated that.

Great service!

Our car buying experience was enjoyable! Darryl has the car I was interested ready to be test driven when we arrived. He provided information about the vehicle and gave us time to explore the vehicle on our own. He made the decision easy. The car was cleaned and detailed and Darryl even scrubbed the car himself on places he didn’t feel were clean enough!
