All the staff very friendly and helpful, with the sale of the vehicle. Could have probably got a little more for the trade in value of my old vehicle. Not to sure about this statement, as I don't know the value of trade in vehicles. Overall great service and help from Michael Landon who went over and beyond to be of assistance. Love New Car, but....
I wrote it on the previous screen. Took too long to make the deal, got a little too less for my car, dealer pressured for Limited once he found out my husband liked it even tho it was MY car. Guys...you need to quit thinking women are stupid and don't know how to buy a CAR. Look at what year this is!!! I mean really. I brought more new cars then you are old. Ok that's my opinion, but men like to think, generally...that women can deal on buying a car. I was taught by my father....and he loved to buy new cars. Get in the right century.

We liked our sales person, he was friendly and helpful. We did not like the manager we dealt with when our sales person was not working. We will not return.

Loyal Hyundai customer
The salesman Karl Budde was very professional and very friendly. He was a great help in getting the best price for our vehicle. The finance staff was also very professional in obtaining the financing that fit our budge. We were so happy with the dealership that we also bought another vehicle. They were very helpful in getting the right vehicle for our daughter. In total our family purchased three vehicles because of the staff at Speck Hyundai in Pasco, Washington.
