Love my new GMC Sierra Denali pickup

This was my first purchase from Jeremy Lemons and the Hardy Chevrolet Buick GMC folks in Dallas, GA ... though my wife has previously purchased two vehicles from them... a 2012 Chevrolet Tahoe LTZ and her current 2014 GMC Yukon Denali. We're now a two Denali family ... they're both even the same color. Jeremy and all the sales / finance team at Hardy made the purchase 'pain free'. They all were very knowledgeable about the product line they sell and were the most courteous dealership team I've ever dealt with. So far I couldn't ask for anything more from a dealer. Also, thanks for all the follow up phone calls and e:mails to be sure I'm satisfied with the purchase. I'm recommending Jeremy and Hardy to all my friends and co-workers.

Excellent Customer Service

I was shopping on Chevrolet.com to build the truck I wanted. There were 5 Dealers that had something close to what I wanted. Terry Wyatt answered my request quickly, but I decide to try my closest dealer first even though they had not answered the internet request. I told them what I wanted and they kept me there for 2 hours trying to sell me a color that I said from the start that I would not consider. So when I left I wrote them off of my list. When I sent out my request to the 5 dealers Hardy Chevrolet was the only one to get back to me the same day. I scheduled an appointment to look at a truck on their lot and Terry Wyatt had the truck sitting out front waiting on me on time. He told me what it would take to buy it but it was missing a few options that I wanted. So he spent a few minutes and located me one exactly like I wanted except color, but it was acceptable. It was at one of the 5 Dealers that I had sent the original request. The deal was great and Terry spent a lot of time to show me how everything worked when we picked it up. The day after I made the purchase, 3 days after I submitted the request, I heard from the other 4 Dealers. It was a pure case of "Early bird gets the worm."

Lowest Bidder AND No Tricks!

We were shopping for a new vehicle, and I did it the online way: contacting numerous dealers and requesting lowest bids. Chuck Walker had the winning bid, even after asking everyone for best and final. The best part was, when we arrived none of the numbers changed. We ended up getting a different car than the original one, and they had to get it for us from another state, and throughout the waiting process everything went smoothly. Chuck happened to be on vacation when they finally got the car in, and STILL the numbers didn't change. The whole experience was far and away better than my other car buying experiences (I've purchased 3 brand new cars in the last ten years). I was very glad it went so smoothly because my husband and I both work full time and we have a 13 month old--the whole point was to do all the shopping online and just show up to sign, and with Hardy, that's pretty much how it went.

Awesome Car Buying Experience

Hardy Chevrolet Dealership was the best experience I have ever had in buying a vehicle. Mr. Colt Deems was my sales representative who worked with helping me pick out the right truck for me. The moment I step out my car Mr. Colt walked up to me and said welcome to Hardy Chevrolet how can I help you? My reply was I am looking for a GMC truck. Well, you came to the right place said Mr. Colt. Immediately I knew I had found the dealership, and the sales representative to help to me purchasing a GMC truck of my dreams. On the way into the building, I felt like I would not be credit approve. Mr. Colt reassured me; he would work hard to help get me the truck and monthly payments I want. Mr. Colt and Hardy Chevrolet team made my buying experience awesome with no hassle or pressure. They listen to all your wants and needs, even your smallest problem. Superb Service from Dan Worley and Hardy Dealer!

My family and I were having a hard time finding affordable financing for a new vehicle. We went from dealer to dealer. Since I do auto loan customer service I am always very cautious about who I deal with. When I met with Dan I was at ease and found him very upfront and honest. The finance department got me financed for 5% less than anyone else. They also had a great selection and when I did pick my vehicle they got it detailed beautifully! Dan Worley didn't put a lot of pressure on me, and really seemed to have my best interest at heart. Even after I bought the vehicle from them, Hardy Chevy Buick GMC is still going above and beyond during my service and maintenance to ensure I am a happy customer!

Low Stress Purchase

Chuck Walker at Hardy Chevrolet really made the experience pleasant. He never tried to upsale me or push me into a car I could not afford. When I told him that price was my biggest concern they worked through the numbers so that I would know upfront what I could afford before even test driving a car. I never felt rushed or pressured at any time. After buying the car he spent a lot of time with me showing me the features of the car and introducing me to the members of the service department. I would recommend this dealership to all of my friends and family.

Service was great

Immediately took care of the service on my car. Explained everything to me that needed to be done to the car. Also ordered recall part and scheduled to be repaired.All persons were friendly. Very clean enviroment.

Very Prompt service . I just like that its the dealership doing the work and they use ford recommended parts .
