buying a new care

Working with mike to buy our daughter a new car was a great experiance, We told him everything she needed and wanted. He then when on a search to find something for her. In no time we were back there checking on the exact same car she was hoping for and at a great price. I believe we were in and out of there in less then one hr. It was the quickest, easiest process I have ever gone through. We love working with Miller Chev. They have always treated us great.

Great Service!! Highly Recommened!

I am very pleased with my experience with Miller Chevrolet. This is the second time purchasing a car there. My family has a long history of buying vehicles there as well. Mike worked very hard to make us happy and stayed late without hesitation To see the deal thru. Highly recommed this dealership!

Repeat Customer for a Reason

Miller Chevrolet has great personnel to get a good deal on a new car and service after the sale. I'm glad Miller is in my neighborhood!!!

Just bought my first car at Miller

I just bought my first car from Miller Chev, and it was a great experience. I've known the folks at Miller for a long time, and they are wonderful people. I've always driven older cars with hundreds of thousands of miles on them, and it's nice to have a newer car just for me. And it's red.

I go to Miller Chevrolet for one reason. Dean Nelson. Dean is the most thoughtful, honest and trustworthy individuals I have ever met in the auto industry. He takes great care of his clients. I have many other friends that feel the same way. For me, Dean Nelson is the face of Miller Cheverolet.

SATISFACTION - Customer For Life. You will hear these...

SATISFACTION - Customer For Life. You will hear these terms when visiting Miller Chevrolet in Rogers and they are pretty bold statements. Being in Customer Service for over 30 years, you see companies try to generate a catch fraze, for their employee's to embrace but many times fall short. I have witnessed this is not the case at Miller Chev, they embrace their motto and demonstrate in the way they conduct their business. I just purchased a new 2014 Silverado from Miller and it has gone down as one of the best vehicle purchasing experiences yet. I am glad the days of having to negotiate with the "Secret Vehicle God from the secret room" as one customer referred to it as to get your drivers license back after taking a test drive, is over. The experience from the start of contacting Miller Chevrolet via the GM Supplier Discount Program through Aaron Stolp, sales process with Mike "Lewy" Lewandowski, Chris Ritter, custom sales to Wayne Breum Finance, has to be commended. Miller prices their vehicles so you know what you will be paying for it, leaving out the frustration of having to negotiate for best price. With the new technology built into the 2014 Silverado, Lewy knew for my wife and I to leave as SATISFIED customers, we would need to understand the options. I hope I don't need to contact Lewy, but he left us with 3 Business Cards, a light on our key chains, and a coffee mug all with his contact information and a plea to call him at any time with any question. I left the process knowing he would take my call while on the middle of the lake on his pontoon at "Lewy's Lake Place" enjoying some well deserved time off. So don't just take my word for it, but use it for motivation to get to Miller Chevrolet to experience how the Vehicle Purchase Process should work, be completely SATISFIED and better yet a Customer For Life.

Great Service

Our car wouldn't start last Sunday. Monday morning I called Miller Chevrolet and they arranged for a tow truck to pick up my car. They told us what they thought was wrong and they would keep us informed about progress. We were thinking we were going to end up with a huge bill just before Christmas if they were right. On Thursday they called to confirm what they had expected and informed us that it would all be covered by warranty, even the towing. The service manager did a great job of keeping us informed and answering our questions. We will definitely be returning to them for future service and buying new vehicles. Miller Chevrolet Rogers Is Fantastic

Exceptional from the time I arrived to the time I picked up my car. They even followed up with a phone call. They are amazing. Service was fantastic and all staff was extremely pleasant, professional and very organized and efficient. Shout out to kind van driver that drove me to work - it was a blizzard and he got me to work on time and safe. Thanks Miller Your Fabulous.....

Great service; excellent repair work

Made an appointment, showed up on time, was served in timely fashion, the work was completed within expected timeframe and appears well done. My only issue was a 3-workday wait for service. But I can live with that.
