    Been in the market for a bit looking at trading in my Tacoma. Bill reached out to me and set up a great deal on a new 2020 Tundra SX after all was done... my daughter bought a new rav 4 from Bill the same day. I’ve bought from them 3 times and I am always impressed with Sheehy.

    We drove 8 hours from North Carolina to purchase a Tacoma from this dealer, because they were the only ones with the model we wanted and the customer service... over the phone was consistently so reliable, warm, and over-the-top just NICE, we actually trusted them enough to wire money in advance. We mainly dealt with Wilton, who took care of every aspect of our experience so completely, in a totally genuine, easygoing, non-salesman-y way, we kept asking ourselves is this guy for real? Is this too good to be true? But it wasn't. Everyone we dealt with there was like that. They gave us a great deal, with discounts and extras… We didn’t find anything else like it anywhere else. It was totally worth the trip. Wilton even called my husband and me as we were driving home to make sure we made it okay and to remind us again that we could call him with any questions or concerns. I cannot recommend this place more highly.

    saige and his team found me the perfect car around my price range and even helped me connect my phone to it. they were all so nice, funny and friendly.... it was my best car shoppig experience yet!

    Deceptive service center... women especially don't trust this business. GO Anywhere else... !! Liars and a ripoff. They wont t get me again.. hopefully... I can save others from the same.

    Dealership takes my truck in for a warranty repair then after about an hour comes and tells me they won’t work on my truck due to me having dash cameras.... What are the mechanics hiding that they must make the customer remove their cameras before servicing it? Talked with the general manager and he asked me if I would like to be recorded against my knowledge. I told him yes if it shows me correctly doing my job I don’t mind at all. I am recorded with my job what’s so bad about being recorded in my truck. They fail to realize this is my truck not theirs. When coming on or in my property I have the right to record.

    I had excellent response resulting in the correction of a problem with my 2010 Venza. Mike (Fredericksburg Service Supervisor) correctly diagnosed my problem... during my initial phone call asking for service/repair. Service was prompt. I could not have asked for better.

    Tarron has always provided great customer care from begin to end! Every time I have been there for Service, busy or slow he is always a kind constant!.... Some of my brake work has had to be redone which is why I haven't left a five
