Person waiting on me was great. I did feel comfortable having to wait in the waiting room, I say that because with this virus we are not to be crowded and it was not. Time waiting for car was also great even thought I felt like I had been there for a long time I had not so I got a laugh out of that. I always bring my car to Fredericksburg even though I have a deal right at me. I like the atmosphere at Fred.

Sales person Bryan Davis is attentive and knows his cars inside and out. He and the rest of the Sheehy staff made buying a 2020 Highlander hybrid about as easy as it could possibly be. Highly recommend.

In the time of Covid 19, these guys/girls stepped it up as always and did a great job. I have been using them to service my 19 4Runner and before that my 17 Tacoma. They always do a great job and try to go above and beyond when servicing my vehicles. J.T. Was my service person. I came to pick up my vehicle and they had closed at 5, but the service manager was still there, and he went above and beyond after hours to get my vehicle out the door. I unfortunately did not catch his name, but thank you. Would recommend them and look forward to them giving me a great deal on my next vehicle.

I took my Tundra in for the 78 month maintenance service. Upon inspection, I was told I needed new tires, a battery, and a cabin filter. I did make these purchases and now feel safer while driving. The wait area was very clean and staff was very conscious about safety and sanitary conditions because of the virus. I highly recommend them. JT, my service advisor, was very helpful and knowledgeable.
