I had an appointment to get my Toyota Camry XLE serviced at Rosner Toyota of Stafford on Tues. 09/08/20. My service representative Pam Vaughan as always was courteous and professional making my visit quick and easy while keeping me updated as I waited.

Horrible experience.....I was on time for my 3 o clock...

Horrible experience.....I was on time for my 3 o clock appointments that I got 4 reminder emails for.....i have a faulty window and lock button on the door.....after almost 3 hrs, they come and tell me they want to discuss what’s wrong, need part but warrenton is closed....will see about it on Monday....it’s as if I walked in with no appointment and probably could have done better had I not made an appointment and gone in early.....no explanation.....this is totally unacceptable. I’m not impressed at all with the service here.

9am appointment for 90K service including oil change. 3pm...

9am appointment for 90K service including oil change. 3pm still not done. Told it should be done within hour. So that tells me, my 9am appointment meant nothing. Asked to be called when finished. Received no call, if I hadn't called would it even been completed. What is purpose of having appointment if 6 hours later, simple oil change and 90K wasn't done and no call about status.

Air Bag Safety Recall

Roman Seals did a great job when I brought my Corolla in for the safety recall. He was friendly and kept me informed about the status of the repair.

Ammar Was Great

We recently purchased a truck from Sheehy Toyota of Stafford and Ammar made the experience wonderful. He knew the perfect balance between being immediately available to answer questions and giving us some space to check out the car on our own with no pressure. We were at the dealership most of the day trying to make our decision and test drove the truck twice. At no point did we feel rushed. Ammar was very patient and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. This experience was night and day better than several other dealerships we had recently gone to. We would definitely recommend this dealership.

Horrible experience. Showed up a couple hours before...

Horrible experience. Showed up a couple hours before closing and was greeted by a salesman with “My sales manager wants to know what you want because he wants to go home soon”. I said i wanted to purchase a vehicle and my wife was on the way to meet me here. I was asked 3 times within 20 minutes if my wife was here yet and how much longer it would take for her to get here. During that time they rushed to come up with some numbers on the vehicle that i wanted. I wasn’t even going to argue the price and i stated i just wanted to get the fair trade in value for my vehicle as listed by edmunds.com. The same appraisal service thats listed on the dealerships website.!! The salesman quoted me $6000 less than the fair trade in value saying that thats the best that could be done and my year and a half old honda just doesn’t retain its value.? I was essentially dismissed after i said I couldn’t take less than $500 below the fair trade in value. All of which took place in a matter of 20 minutes!!! I drove over an hour to get to this dealership just to be treated like a nuisance. Very disappointing and frustrating. No idea why they wouldn’t take time to try and sell me a 50k dollar vehicle, i suppose going home on time was more important.

Go elsewhere!

Went in yesterday to see a certified black 2017 Sienna XLE with 29000 miles. Buster went with me on test drive. Less than a 10th of a mile off lot, transmission, yes transmission, makes horrible grinding sound! Had to literally pull over on an off ramp exit to check car out. Nothing was visible, but this was a transmission issue that needed to be addressed before sale to anyone! Was told they would have it checked. Upon further review of car, back lift gate handle bent loose with wet black glue visible. Right passenger bumper cover was ajar, and appeared to be loose when pressed upon. Showed Butch these issues as well. He seemed upset about findings, especially because carfax report stated no accident. He still presented me with a price not knowing what grinding sound was. I told them I wasn’t interested, and went next door for a sandwich at WAWA which I ate, in my car still parked at the back of dealership lot as I was not looking forward to the remainder of my drive on I-95. As I sat eating my sandwich, car was moved back to it’s original spot, prominently displaying the neon green clearance sticker that it worn upon my arrival. This morning car still posted for sale on internet. Car was never checked. Just put out there again, knowing there was several issues, some potentially costly to a buyer. They didn’t care. I left smh. Before i walked out they tried to talk me into looking at another vehicle on my way back down I-95 in a couple of days... No thanks! I had seen enough.

Disappointed and very indignant.

I work in a hospital and do my job perfectly with caring for people. I believe that all people should do their job efficiently and honestly. I came to buy a car and counted on a fair deal. I was deceived and misled. Every time when I sit down in my car I remember that I was deceived is so unpleasant, because it reminds me of how stupid I was and trusted people.
