My visit was for my second car's 120,000 mile service in the past 10 days. I met with my service advisor J.C. and discussed request and such. I left the car there and went about my daily routine. It was not too long after that I was called and told my car was ready. Everything was completed at a very fait price and I paid and departed a happy customer.

This was my 5th car that we purchased from Cobb Toyota. We love Toyota and there dependably. I was disappointed on this purchase as I purchased a 2024 used this time but I would have not purchased if I would have known that they only had 1 key for this vehicle. They hid that fact until I was ready to drive away. I would have not agreed to the deal unless they made a second key. Very disappointed.

I recently purchased a new 2025 sienna XLE and took it to the dealership for an oil change after the first 1000 miles. A lot of debris from the engine breaking in ends up in the oil and the filter cannot catch it all. I appreciate not being given a hard time getting the oil changed so early in the life of my vehicle, which I hope to keep healthy and reliable for hundreds of thousands of miles.

Why I bring to Cobb County is they let me know what else needs done and in this case the battery terminals needed changing but then realized they just needed cleaning for no charge!
