Gave aggressive out-the-door pricing and no add-ons

Gave aggressive out-the-door pricing and no add-ons showed up on the deal sheet after the test drive. Remarkably, no dealer doc fee or electronic filing fees showed up either. Happy with our new Camry SE and the sweet deal Kent Givens gave us!

This was our fourth car from Cobb County Toyota since

This was our fourth car from Cobb County Toyota since 2018. Kent is a great salesman and Andrew equally friendly and concise in finance. We got there at 9:00 and they had us out by 11:00! They both answered all our questions and thoroughly explained the vehicle and finance options. We’ll keep going to ‘Cobb’ for the years to come. Thanks again gents!

Kent was fine to deal with.

Kent was fine to deal with. However, since we purchased our vehicle I haven't heard ONE WORD from him or the dealership and its been almost a minth. I'm in sales and I follow up with everyone of my clients within a week ot two to make sure they're happy.

I inquired about a 2024 4Runner and for Toyota to finance

I inquired about a 2024 4Runner and for Toyota to finance I believe I would have been way upside down. So I asked for a total price to finance it through the credit union my trade was financed by. I received an approval in less than an hour at which time I texted Kent and we closed the deal on Monday the following day. They had everything ready and the sale went extremely smooth. I couldn’t be happier with the vehicle or the salesman.

Waste of time, energy and money.

Waste of time, energy and money. I traveled from Atalanta to Kennesaw in hopes of purchasing a vehicle for the business. The salesguy name was Kent Givens, everything was going ok, until I told him that the vehicle would be purchased and financed under the business name. His posture changed and facial expression. After I completed the application, less than 20 minutes later Kent comes back and state " ALLY BANK" declined your application. Shocked I asked why? Kent stated they'll send you a denial notice in the mail in 30 days. Then he states, " complete an application in your name and social security, I'm sure you'd be approved". How would he know I'd surely be approved? Deception! Long story short, I did not put an application in my name, and I never received any denial letter from 'ALLY BANK". I called "ALLY BANK" and was told they did not have any record or application for the business and therefore a denial letter will not be sent. Where's my denial letter explaining the reason for the denial as provided by law Cobb County Toyota? Cobb County Toyota is corrupt, dishonest and used trickery to get Consumers to do what they want the consumer to do, not what the consumer wants and when their scheme fails, they lie or deny the consumer falsely.
