Diesel oil change

Always fast and good service. Everything completed in a professional and timely manner. Appointment times are convenient. If your in a diesel know they only have one lift that can accommodate F250 so try and get there early if your wanting to wait on your truck.

Sync system replaced and recall

Since Covid many companies have not been able to provide quality service in my experience. However Tidwell Ford can and should be grateful for my service advisor and his boss. I was treated with respect and cared for regarding my service needs as well as providing exemplary customer service to meet my needs of time. From start to finish Kevin stood behind every promise he made. When he said he would call he did. When he promised that my vehicle would be ready it was. When I had issues with a rental car service he made sure to take care of that as best he could. I never felt like I was in the dark and in the end his boss was also very supportive. I believe that customer service is important and it appears to me that Kevin snd his boss both believe the same thing. My service advisor picked up slack for others and absolutely did not have to. I appreciate both the employees I’ve mentioned and I know that they must appreciate their maintenance crew as well or the work couldn’t have gone so smoothly.

Brake work

I went in for front brake pads and rotors replacement . Mike the service guy was very helpful and nice. He kept me informed on the parts arrival status and timeline for picking up my F150. Price was much better than Midtown tire for brake work.

Oil change special coupon

Seemed to be very unenthusiastic Always trying to up sale you, like power steering fluid replacement on a car I drive 2m miles a year! Very nice people, took over 2 hours for an oil change

Oil change

Made reservations on line yesterday, arriving 20 minutes early, roamed parking lot for a half hour looking at new trucks. Car was ready in less than 40 minutes. Fabulous!

Super amazing!!!

Oil leak

My service guy , Jonny was very courteous and helpful. My only criticism, was I had to wait couple weeks for an appt for an oil leak. Now when they got it in they fixed it.
