I had a leaky tire, and it was Saturday -- I tried several other places to have it looked at, but hardly anyone is open on Saturdays. I was SO relieved to pull into the Kolosso service center and have them say they could fix it. The waiting area was VERY nice -- and the free popcorn and soda was a plus. The hour I waited went by quickly and comfortably. The estimate for fixing the tire was $41 -- and the final bill was $31. When does THAT ever happen --- lower than the estimate?! The workers were thoughtful and courteous. The "shop" was extremely clean. I give you all an A++ and a big Thank You! I have already recommended you to my sister.

Clean! Loved their deluxe coffee machine. Person who keeps the coffee machine running should be commended!!!

They were all very helpful and nice, I worked with Nick and he was extremely knowledgeable, took his time and explained everything to me and made sure I understood!

I came in for an oil change. I hadn't been here in a bit because I had purchased a different brand vehicle, lesson learned. The service was as great as it always had been and their Quick Lube guys caught an issue with my Jeep, I was able to schedule for repair immediately. I have to say I was impressed with everyone I dealt with. They seem to have a really great team over there.

Came in for a specific noise that only occurred when I back it up in the morning. Was told they could not duplicate. I thought just maybe the 2600 dollars worth of work on the brakes might have fixed it, but to my dismay, the next day when backing the car the clunk sound was still there. The brakes worked fine before coming in and they work fine now after calipers and rotors. I also did not like the change in check acceptance policy that you now have with a 150.00 cap. This will probably be my last journey from Oshkosh to Appleton for service on my vehicle. This by far was the worst service experience I have had since I purchased the vehicle. Customer service has gone down hill a lot over the last couple years.
