Noticed a slight transmission leak coming from my 2016 Caravan. Called Kolosso service and scheduled an appointment for the next day. Dropped the van off the day before so they could have it available for the next day. Received a phone call by 10am the day of the appointment that it was ready and was covered under warranty. Timely service, exceptionally accommodating and very nice people to deal with. Thank you to the service team at Kolosso.

Great service! I took my truck to Bergstroms twice for the same issues that Kolosso repaired and they wouldn’t do anything to fix my problems. They said they couldn’t get anything to act up. I wish I would have went to Kolosso from the get go. Chris was great and they washed my truck twice! I will definitely go back to them and give the middle finger to Bergstroms!

Very friendly service team, have never been there and drove into the main service area first and was kindly instructed where the body shop was; had an additional paint protect-ant applied when vehicle was first purchased, and the body shop offered to bring back the vehicle after two weeks and they can spray the additional protect-ant on the replaced tailgate; some paint is worn down to the primer on the inside main body where damaged tailgate had rubbed, is hard to detect and noticed it when checking the top alignment of the tailgate, we have touch-up paint that we can apply.

Staff is pleasant and courteous, I appreciate the walk around but have no idea what they are looking for, nothing is discussed other than that is what they are going to do. A car wash for $90 oil change would be appreciated. Considering going else where in the future to a place that will do this in and outside for same price.

My service adviser was great. He kept me informed on what was going on with my vehicle and before I had a chance to go back to ask if they could check my cabin air filter he found me and showed me that it needed to be replaced and asked if they could replace it. It was like he read my mind. The service was very fast and the exterior of my vehicle was washed when returned to me.

Service was great! I brought my car in for new tires. I waited while the tires were installed. After installation, I was informed that I now get free tire rotations. Very happy.
