After Market, Not OEM, why bother with dealership?

I brought my Mazda 6 to the body shop at the same dealership. I expected that my car which is less than 6 months old would be repaired with Mazda OEM parts, that is not what the invoice indicates, it says aftermarket parts were used. This is a big disappointment. The work performed looks good, I just believed that the dealership would use OEM parts on a new car.

Survey for my last LOF on 8-11-15.

I have a 2005 Lincoln Town Car. 100% of my required and optional maintenance service is always provided by the Jim Click Lincoln Dealership. Also, my service advisor, Mark Dluehosh, whom I've known for a long time, always provides me with outstanding service.

AWESOME service from unexpected team members

This was for lifetime maintenance service contract for my 2013 Fusion. My usual service agent was out. But, he made it a point to have someone help me in his absence. Ray was awesome & so was the younger lady at the service check-out. She really took charge too. They were able to get ALL the service maintenance done, as well as review & repair some Ford re-call problems. Good service mechanics too. Once again, GREAT Team experience from Click Ford!

1988 FORD PICKUP WITH 1 SMALL PROBLEM, WHICH JIMMIE JOHNSON HAD FIXED EXTREMELY FAST AND WITH COMPLETE SATISFACTION. I HAVE ALWAYS HAD GREAT SERVICE AND HELP FROM JIM CLICK STAFF.

Great Service!

I needed to bring my 2015 Escape in for a recall procedure and as always, Chris Schrell was helpful and efficient, making sure all my questions were addressed and assisted in getting me the parts that I was interested in purchasing. Chris is a great asset to your dealership and deserves a pat on the back!

Great Servioce

I have never had a negative experience at Jim Clicks on wilmont and 22nd STreet. Mark is a super guy and knows what I need and is promt in getting things done. I wouldnt think of taking my car any other place for service nor would I buy a car any other place. Thank You Pat Whitehead

maintenance for life

In for maintenance for life. First visit on new car. Felt that a scheduled appointment for oil change should take a lot shorter time the 1 hour and 45 minutes. Got to appointment early yet service took a very long time
