It’s been about a month since I bought my car from Tracy

It’s been about a month since I bought my car from Tracy Chevrolet, and I still catch myself smiling every time I drive it. That’s all thanks to Ash Maharaj, the Product Specialist who made the entire experience feel effortless, honest, and even a little magical. Ash wasn’t just helpful he was exceptional. He took the time to really listen, made sure I felt comfortable with every step, and never once made me feel like “just another sale.” His kindness, patience, and genuine care made all the difference. You can tell he’s someone who takes pride in his work and truly wants people to leave happy and confident. If Tracy Chevrolet is smart, they’ll keep Ash he’s the kind of person who turns first-time buyers into lifelong customers. I’ve already told my friends and family if you want a car buying experience that feels personal, thoughtful, and actually enjoyable go see Ash. He’s a gem, and I’m so thankful I got to work with him.

Seriously Ash is too good.

Seriously Ash is too good. He showed up on his day off because apparently, superheroes don’t need rest, handled every detail like it was a high-stakes mission, and made sure my car purchase felt smoother than dealership coffee. He greeted my family with respect, patience, and actual listening skills wild, I know. Meanwhile, others around him seemed confused by the concept of basic courtesy. But Ash? Unbothered. Graceful. Focused. Almost like he’s used to being the most competent person in the room. If you enjoy being ignored, redirected, or subtly reminded you don’t belong look elsewhere. But if you want someone who treats you like a human being and actually knows what he’s doing, (Ash Product Specialist) is your guy. Five stars. Ten if I could.

I came to Tracy Chevrolet expecting a typical dealership experience. What I got instead was Ash. From the moment I connected with him through his social media (which, by the way, is refreshingly honest and full of heart), I knew I wasn’t dealing with just another sales rep. Ash showed up on his day off to make sure my car purchase went smoothly. That’s not just dedication it’s rare. Now, the dealership vibe had its moments. Let’s just say someone else tried to “reassign” me as their customer mid-process. Not loud, not direct just one of those subtle interruptions that makes you wonder if respect is distributed equally. But Ash? Unbothered. He handled it with quiet strength, no ego, and full focus on making sure my Tamil family felt respected and cared for. Ash didn’t just help us buy a car. He made sure we left with dignity. And that’s something you can’t put a price on. Five stars for Ash Maharaj. He’s the reason I’d come back and the reason I hope the rest of the team takes notes.

Extremely disappointed with the unprofessionalism of the

Extremely disappointed with the unprofessionalism of the service staff. I scheduled my car service a week in advance, yet when I arrived today (Tuesday), I was told there were no qualified technicians available to perform the work. The service representative mentioned they were “calling customers to reschedule,” but I never received a call—and frankly, I doubt any genuine attempt was made to notify me. To make matters worse, I was told I could leave my car there just in case they could get to it by the end of the week. Seriously? You expect me to be without a car for several days to complete a service that was originally estimated to take only a couple of hours? What’s most frustrating is that having an appointment seemed to mean nothing. The service representative made no effort to accommodate or find a solution—instead, I was left feeling like my time and business didn’t matter. It felt as if every other customer with an appointment was given priority, while mine was ignored.

Our experience with Angelo Serrano was very professional
