Our experience with Angelo Serrano was very professional

Our experience with Angelo Serrano was very professional and helpful. From the test drive to the purchase all went smoothly. It was a used car but it was clean, fueled and had plenty of air in the tires. No surprises or pressure. Thanks so much Angelo!!!! janice and victor

Unprofessional lying and cheating customer.

Very unprofessional and lying with customer. They listed the price of the Bolt EUV 29,290 and reduced the price 1800 on Nov 15th. Visited the dealer to buy the car with trade-in my car. They are mentioned the price 29,290, again started with original and saying they can give 500$ discount, Then manager came and saying they can add another $500 discount, Actually they reduced the car price 1800$ on 15th Nov itself. Even before i visit the dealer i got the quote from CarMax also, Its 2008 Honda Civic and running fine , CarMax gave a deal 3000. This guys just saying $1500. when i said about CarMax deal, They are saying today holiday (Saturday) they did not proper estimate. I am not sure, without proper estimate how come they low bar the car. After showing CarMax offer, they are just saying Matching price. Also, No one showing interest to sell the customer and not treating the customer as customer.

Unprofessional

Called and made an appointment to have my car towed there to get worked on so once I spent $150 getting my car towed there they called me as soon as I got home and told me they cannot work on a salvage title car it's company you think they would have mentioned that before I told it there so it cost me another $220 to get it towed to a shop and they can care less oh wow basically is what they said very unprofessional and if it's company policy tell somebody am I supposed to guess what their company policy is especially when I call them made an appointment to bring the car in you think they would ask that question

Outstanding From Sales to Service

I wanted to leave a review because of the outstanding service I received this week when my anti-theft alarm would not stop going off. Everyone knows how extremely annoying that can be. It started on a Sunday when service was closed but Fernando De La Cruz in Sales went above and beyond to try to help remedy the problem. While Fernando is not a mechanic, he did try to help me eliminate some possible issues. He took a great deal of time with me and seemed to genuinely want to help resolve the issue. He reminded me of what a great salesperson I had when Kevin S. sold me the car. It is clear by my interaction with Fernando that this dealership hires professionals that put the needs of the customer first. The next day, I bought my car in nearly a day before the first available appointment that had been available through the dealerships online system. There was quite a line of cars in front of me but both Matt Coons and John Barlett were patient and helpful even though my appointment was for another day. I have dealt with Matt several times when I have bought my car in for maintenance, He has spoiled me with is prompt, knowledgeable and friendly service. This time was no exception. He kept his cool when there were several customers all of the counter people were trying to help while my alarm almost unseizingly continued to sound. After my initial visit, John Bartlett was my contact person and he made a real effort to return my calls and keep me updated. I have to note that this all occurred as the UAW strike was starting to heat up, so being able to get parts and know when they would arrive was becoming a bit challenging. I was planning an out of town trip and it was imperative that I had my car to get to the airport. John knew I was nervous about this and his updates helped to lessen my worry. John also gave me some "worst case scenario" suggestions that made the situation much less stressful. Finally, I have to thank Johnathan Chamberlain. I did not speak with Mr. Chamberlain but he is noted on my receipt as the person who inspected the car, so I believe he is the person that isolated the problem and installed the part, less than an hour after it arrived at the dealership. Without his expertise, I doubt very seriously that I would have my car back and in working order. With a such hardworking and conscious team, I know I did the right thing purchasing and having my car serviced at this dealership.

Worst car dealer ever.

Worst car dealer ever. I came for servicing (2nd service for bolt ev, which shouldn’t take 30min) my car here and service agent said it will take 1hr at 11.50am. Checked in at 1pm and said another 1hr. Another 1hr at 2pm… Now they are saying 5pm. Wasted my whole day. Never observed these kind of miscommunication in Toyota, Nissan or Honda. That’s why Chevy sucks
