Spoke to the manager about pricing for a car thats been on their lot for over a year. Rude manager told me that he cannot do anything and thats it. Mind... you, this is my first time speaking to this guy.

Customer service is always a smooth process from everyone there, from the easy-to-use night drop-off to the quick and great service, the convenience of... customer pickup when done, the car wash, the coupons and check out! All great! We like to work with Todd, he is very knowledgeable, friendly, accommodating, explains technicalities and the process very well. he listens to the customer, and remembers us, our family, our cars, and our cars problems, and he cares. It's hard to find this kind of friendly, easy to use, great service!
Brought vehicle (that I bought here years ago) back for a bad oil leak (main seal). After a week and just under $3,000.00 I bring it home. Wake up the... next morning, a good size oil stain on the driveway. Service Manager ignores his voicemails and won't call back (after at least 2 messages). A bolt was also left off part of engine from repair area. Another week later "fixed". An oil smudge on the center of the driver's seat from the mechanic. Vehicle leaks oil 6 months later. They tell me it's the oil pan now, how am I to debate it over the phone. Another $450 later, next morning, oil drip. Left message for Service Manager, still no phone call. Still convinced it's from the main (the $2 thousand dollar job). I clean the whole bottom to see where it's coming from, 2 bolts fr the oil pan are loose, one so loose I could see the gap. Call to speak to General Manager (and left her an email) nothing. They have an F rating with Better Business Bureau. The complaints are the same. STAY AWAY FROM TRACY CHEVROLET.

The issues we had with Tracy Chevrolet is their overall customer service and transparency when dealing with their customers. Its also sad that when you... call to talk to a manager, you can't get one on the phone. You get shuffled into a voicemail that I believe no one ever checks. We walked in knowing which vehicle we wanted, we explained that we were already pre-approved through our bank. The salesman asked us if he could try and beat our loan offer from our bank. We told him it would be ok as long as he doesn't run our credit. No problem he said. Fast forward we purchased the vehicle a $40K plus sale for them and they did get us a lower interest rate, however when we got to work the next week we got al kinds of letters and notices of inquiries on our credit, exactly what we didn't want to happen. When I tried to call and speak to a manager I was sent to voicemail, never received as much as a return call or anything. Second experience. We noticed some little issues with the vehicle we bought. It was a Certified GM Pre-owned vehicle with a 12 month bumper to bumper warranty and an extended warranty we purchased to cover any overlap. After diagnosing the vehicle the service department of course explained that the item which was located on the interior of the vehicle was classified as "trim" so it is not covered by any of the warranties. It cost us over $700 to repair. Third experience, we live about 45 minutes from the dealership and when we arrived to pick up our vehicle there dirt and grease smudges all over the headliner where the work was performed. No body bothered to even clean up after themselves when the work was completed. We had to leave the vehicle for another day and make another trip out. Final experience; we came in to pick up the vehicle. The service advisor I was working with was busy on the phone so I waited for her patiently in hopes that they would do something to show that they were sorry for the inconvenience they caused. After waiting for a while she got off the phone and I explained who I was. She seemed annoyed that I didn't know I was supposed to go to the cashier and simply pay my bill and get my keys and simply pushed me that way. This dealership has no clue what customer service is, nor do they in any way seem to care about customer retention. Action speak louder than words and they send a clear message, "buy the car and move on!"

Took truck in at 1:30pm for oil change, transmission service and tire rotation. Had it all finished in under 3 hours including washing the truck. Outstanding... service.
