Well everything was good until what they promised didnt come with car like free maintenance for 2yrs salesman sold a pretty pic .but when I tried to get... what I was told no one answers not even the manager.Then the finance person was suppose to put it for me but never did. Today we came in to your dealership looking to get some quotes on buying a car cash. My little brother just turned 18 years old and as a graduation present.... Today at 4pm we walk-in in to your dealership and we were greeted by a gentleman. We let him know that we were interested in a camaro base and if can show us options. So we sat down and he looked through the inventory and let us know what he had in stock. We settled on a black base camaro for 27k msrp. He went back to the finance and came back with a offer of 27k walk out cash price. Looked good but we let him know we are comparing it to a mustang same year and engine, but we added a black wing and black rims. And the only difference is that the mustang came with tint and wheel locks. So I asked him how much would it be to add on the options. He can back and said ok the new price is 31k with the extras. I let him know we have 28k and we will take the car. He went back and came with 28500. We said great let’s take it, even thou was more then the mustang. So he said he would have to order the car, so I asked since you have to order it does color matter,(the original was black) he said not really but let me check. So he looked and said great we have a blue one and it already comes with the black rims. We would just need to add the window tint/ wheel locks/ wing. But the blue Camaro was 31k Msrp not 28k msrp. So we talked and since we are paying 3k more for the add-ons, I asked him what if we take the 31k car that already has the black rims and all I have to pay for is the other 3 things. But walk out at the 28500 since we are not having to by the rims. He said made sense let him ask the manager. As he was looking he asked me to wait. When he comes back he shows up with a DANIEL ARREDONDO, which starts exposing to me that the 28500 was just the walk out price for the black car with out options. I let him know that he’s mistaken since the original quote was 26k with no options. And if would have done the options it would have gone up to 31k but he brought me back the price for 28500. Which I explained to him we are good but he was just seeing if we could swap the color. He let me know that no it was a mistake there never was a 28500 quote. So he should be the 31k offer with options and 28500 with (as he says) is the new offer with out the options. So I explained to him it doesn’t make sense since I was quoted 27k plus 3k in options which brought the total to 30k. He explained to me that it was a mistake. So then I showed him there is no way because the sales price is 644 more the other sales price on the previous sheet. So I asked him how is that possible where the same car has 2 different MSRP prices after rebate. He clearly said was a mistake and he doesn’t know why the numbers don’t add up. I asked which is the right one and how can you have me sign a offer then back out last minute. When all we were doing was checking the price on a more expensive blue car. So as I am talking at holding on the to the papers on the desk, behind me with out introduction or anything JACOB CHAVEZ rips the papers from me and tells me to get out. I said excuse me he said get out we will never sell you a car. I asked him why and that DANIEL was speaking to me. He said he didn’t care I need to get out of his dealership. So I would understand if I was rude or I was saying something I shouldn’t have. Not trying to under stand why DANIEL Was letting me know it’s a mistake they made. So after the 3rd time he told us to get out. We walked out, ten I came back in and asked for both of there Busniess cards that they didn’t want to give me. But I said I can wait for them to find them, finally I got the cards and left. Please all the proof is in the cameras since he refused to give me the paperwork. I can not believe this happened

Went in for a schedule service appointment and they took care of what was needed in a timely manner. I was hoping to get my a/c checked during the oil... change. I was disappointed when I was told I needed a separate appointment just for the a/c check. All in all, it's a great place and the staff are always great. G. Rogers helped me out as much as he could. Thanks again Mr. Rogers! No pun intended...
