Very pleasant experience. From sales, financing to delivery of vehicle was smooth and quick. Started with a full video describing the selected Bronco. Sales was very knowledgeable about the Bronco and was very helpful

John was very helpful, and the process was more or less

The dealership agreed to give me rubber mats for free
The dealership agreed to give me rubber mats for free with my explorer purchase. After I bought the car, they provided only rubber mats for the first two rows, not the third row as previously agreed. Richard Salas said he would provide the rubber mats for the third row only if I filled out this survey with 5 star review. Very unethical and manipulative sales practice. Will never work with this dealership again. Did not follow through with agreement to provide rubber mats for full car.
