Venture to Expedition
I began by researching the various Dealers in my general area around Friendswood at the beginning of the month in December. I'd previously bought my last Expedition at this Dealer in 2014 so, it'd been a while since I looked at new car prices. I compared the deals offered and it was between AutoNation and Ron Carter. Again, same as in 2014. What helped close the deal was the availability of a 2023 w/special finance otherwise, I would've gone w/2024 at Ron Carter. Good job to all. It took 4 or 5 visits but, I was always treated w/courtesy.

They had the used vehicle we were interested in, it was priced well, and was very clean with low mileage. The dealership was friendly and organized. Our salesman was open and honest. He answered all of our questions. We paid cash, so the finance department did not interfere, that was one of the best parts. Overall great dealership and people, I would buy from them again.

Sales people are always kind and will say anything to sell vehicle...BUT once vehicle funds are collected it is very hard, VERY HARD to get of hold of someone- with questions or concerns. I was very clear from the beginning about experiences we have had in the past. Now check has been collected and our questions and concerns on vehicle are unclear and unresolved.
