Avoid Autonation katy ford

I purchased a truck from there, the truck had a clean title and green car fax, found the car sprayed from an accident. Had a temporary tag for two months and they didn't work on the tag except on last two days and they refused to print another tag. Now i have no temporary tag or license plate and can’t drive it. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place, i won't trust them even in service, there are plenty of cars in different dealerships this one will just give you hassle you don’t need. If you are forced to buy from them then Avoid Jim Rodriguez or James, he is lazy and has no authority to do anything.

Love Randall in the service department.

Love Randall in the service department. Need additional staff to trouble shoot Transmission issues. Believe two key employees are out right now with medical issues. Tough to staff too heavy and not keep them busy but service suffers when you don't have enough people - my car has been there one week and untouched.

Inspection and service was completed on my F150 within the same day. Truck was returned in great shape and replaced parts were left in the truck as requested. Great updates throughout the day by text.

Salesman argued about corrections.

Salesman argued about corrections. Finance refused to answer phones and sent incorrect contract and still have not been able to get corrected to date. I am still trying to get a temp. tag. General Manager Stevens was great and got people moving in Finance and the salesman also. Carrie who was also wonderful in helping because she was one of the few people who would answer the phone and actually go to finance and get them to respond to me and work on my account. I have never had this much trouble purchasing a vehicle as this has been since October. Today's date is December 2nd 2022 and I have been told the paperwork was done improperly and will need to be redone which will slow things even more. Have not been able to get word on Title and License so cannot drive new purchase for at least 60 days. Happy Days!

This has not been an easy review to write. Mister Stevens the General Manager was great and professional to deal with and had his personnel on the job immediately and soon as we spoke. Carrie who answers the phones was wonderful who went out of her way to personally get me to Finance Personnel who refused to answer the phones and get me in touch with them. The overall process has been very unpleasant and hopefully will be resolved before the NEW Year.

I picked up my new truck 2 days ago.

I picked up my new truck 2 days ago. I traded my 2020 F250 for a 2022 F350 dually. I ordered it almost 9 months ago and it finally came in. Everyone at this dealership is very friendly, all the way from Ryan (the GM), Matt and my sales guy Richard Baxley. They were very helpful with the order and Richard kept me updated throughout the build, shipment and delivery. I plan on keeping this one for many years but if I do buy a new one, it’ll be at this dealership.
