Everyone was kind and courteous.

Everyone was kind and courteous. A little frustrating that they do not negotiate, even for 100 dollars, but on the plus side, they did fill the tank and had the car detailed before we drove it off the lot. Gareth was our salesman and was super!

Bought a new 2021 Van on the spot - was way bigger

Bought a new 2021 Van on the spot - was way bigger (height, one ton, 4 wheel drive) solely because sales mgr said I could sell it for way more than paying, and one I really wanted would be ordered and delivered soon “We are the biggest and best and get cars when no one else can”. Signed papers for both. Called 30 days later was was told Ford had stopped making vans … no idea when would resume but my order was good. Waited 2 more months - called salesman and was told that they had started making again, then stopped after a few weeks, and they had forgotten to order my truck. Never heard from anybody again - won’t answer calls or letters. Salesman is a nice guy - managers are liars, cheats, total xxxxx! Feel free to call or text me. Mike Wilson. 713-213-1489

The actual process went well, but I have been calling for

The actual process went well, but I have been calling for four days, and cannot get anyone but a salesman to answer the phone and then he is no help at all. Customer service is absolutely terrible. I even asked to speak with a manager/supervisor a number of times and still have not gotten anyone to come to the phone.

The sales person I worked with was very professional,

The sales person I worked with was very professional, answered all my questions and help me find the vehicle I wanted. I did have an issue once I got the truck that the condenser went out in it less than a day after I got my truck. I was not happy that something went wrong within the first 24 hours, I thought that they would do 100 point inspection make sure everything worked before it was delivered. Then when they fixed it and I picked the truck up, it was completely dirty. I took it back the next day after I picked it up and they did a full detail on it so I did appreciate that. But overall I was not happy with how something happened with the vehicle right after I picked it up and then it was not washed after it was serviced and returned to me dirty.

Overall it was a great experience. I walked around for a good 30 minutes looking at various vehicles before anyone approached me. The 1st salesman who walked up didn't even introduce himself and when I expressed interest in a few cars he just walked off. The 2nd salesman was much nicer, gave me his card in case I had any questions, and I ended up buying from him.
