Salesman don’t call back customers.

Salesman don’t call back customers. If your credit score is not high enough, they weasel out of any deal. They loose paperwork and make you do several applications if you make them have to work a deal, thus hitting your credit score. They lie about payments (saying one payment then changing when they find out that you’re doing zero down) and renegotiate deals. Automatically include extended warranties into deals without customers knowledge. Under cut trade in values on purpose. Highly advise not to go to this dealer…

I felt that when I arrived to buy the car, I was greeted

I felt that when I arrived to buy the car, I was greeted kindly, and the salesman assigned to me (Roman Grigorchuk) was very honest and respectful. There was no pressure, and he was very proactive in helping me with all the paperwork necessary to complete the purchase. A few things to keep in mind: If you?re planning to finance through a bank that isn?t theirs?like a credit union?be prepared for them to ask for a cashier?s check. Also, don?t expect much help from the finance department, as they won?t put much effort into assisting you. This is where I really have to give credit to my salesman, Roman Grigorchuk, who was incredibly attentive and genuinely dedicated to making the process smoother. As for the quality of the car, make sure to thoroughly check all the details. For example, I was sold the car without the under-engine cover (the part that goes under the engine and protects it from rocks and debris that could damage it). When I called to ask them to install it, they refused. So, I strongly suggest inspecting the car carefully. Overall, the car is�in�great�shape.

The salesman, Daniel McCormick went above and beyond

The salesman, Daniel McCormick went above and beyond expectations. The price was fair. The wait for the finance rep was an hour and a half for a cash purchase, I was not pleased. The day after driving my new truck home the brakes failed. The driver side front caliper fell off which also caused loss of brake fluid. My mechanic found that the 2 caliper bolts were missing and that the caliper bracket bolts were loose. AutoNation Ford did a very poor job of inspecting the vehicle before selling it.

I had a god experience during my recent visit.

I had a god experience during my recent visit. It was to check my F-150 current status for routine maintenance. I waited there for about 30 minutes and the job was done smoothly. The dealer was friendly and communication was excellent.
