If I could I would give Auto nation Katy a zero.Place is a joke. I purchased an F150 8 months ago and I still do not have a second key.I have called multiple times ,Emailed multiple times and nothing.Understand it’s part of good customer service and a replacement key for this vehicle is 500 to 700 dollars.Dont waste your time with these people !! There is more I could add to this with respect to sales manager and his comments but you get the picture..W. Morton

They sent me an invitation for a free multipoint inspection which I combined with an oil change a battery replacement. Staff were very friendly - which is important to me - as well as professional. Work was completed in a fraction of the initial time estimate. They always send a text with a link to a video showing the technician at work.
