Great Service Advisor and Technician!!!

I keep my BMW M4 because I love my car but I LOVE MY Technician and Service Advisor more.. I have worked with them since 2015 and couldn?t be happier with them or MY CAR??

Service on my 2018 BMW 540i

I scheduled service online for my 540i; promptly received a email confirmation. I needed a brake fluid change, oil change and wheel alignment. Upon arrival at the dealership at 8:30am, I was promply greeted by an attendant and then by my service advisor, Cassey. I explained to her that I was pressed for time, needed the work to be done within a 3 hour timeframe. She said she would impress this upon the service tech assigned to work on my car. The work was done well within my timeframe and Cassey kept me informed of progress on my car while I waited in the lounge. Check out was also quick. This is the best service experience I've had at BMW in awhile.

Tire alignment

Took 2 and 1/2 hours for what was supposed to be 1 and 1/2 hours job. But the hot chocolate was great, and the waiting area was very comfortable.

Beyond my expectations

I found a car I wanted online. I was honestly not looking to purchase the same day. Once I arrived they had the car ready for me to view and at that exact moment I knew i would probably take it home. The costumer service I received is what sealed the deal for me to make the purchase. The salesman was very knowledgeable with the car features and explained them very well. He was very easy to communicate with a has great people skills. The Financial employee was just as great. She made it really simple for me to understand everything and really worked with me to make this deal happen and drive the car home that night.
