I’m very upset with this dealership.

I’m very upset with this dealership. I bought a low mileage vehicle and bought the extended warranty to go with it. Never been late with a payment. I have a minor problem that needed to be fixed and took it to the Dodge dealership per Gates. The dealership could not get me in to fix the problem for 2 weeks. Due to me having to continue driving to work and taking my terminal ill husband to Dr’s appointments and his infusions , My vehicle has went over the warranty now by a couple hundred miles, but WAS in the warranty mileage when I scheduled the appointment. Went to the appointment and now they will not cover it. Called the Toyota warranty people and explained how we was under warranty but they couldn’t fix my problem for 2 weeks later and they said….sorry it’s over the mileage warranty now can’t help you! Shame on you Toyota! God bless you!

Our salesman Austin House was absolutely terrific!
