Trying to trade my truck in

They left me hanging no answer back when they say they was going to act like they didn’t want to work with me so I’m disappointed in Toyota south

Great place to buy a car!

Ryan Blackburn was great to work with on our purchase of a 2012 Toyota Venza. I have always heard good things about this dealership, but now my wife and I got to experience it. From start to finish, Ryan answered all of our questions, negotiated well, and took care of the little things that concerned us. Also, the dealership put a new set of tires on the car after we had already agreed to purchase it and did a full inspection. That says a lot because most people would not care once you made your purchase. Top notch service and highly recommended.

Outstanding Buying Experience

I recently purchased a 2019 4Runner from Toyota South. It's been 16 years since I've bought a vehicle and, I must say, the entire experience was the best I've ever had. Chase Freeman was outstanding, as were the whole team I dealt with - Ashley, Clarence, Lex and Tyler. I arrived at 10 am, test drove the vehicle and was pulling out of the parking lot at 11 am with my new car! If you are in the market for a car or truck, I highly recommend Chase and Toyota South for your next vehicle purchase.

I just had the most amazing vehicle purchasing experience thanks to the efforts of Leo Aleshire, the Sales Consultant I worked with. I was initially somewhat apprehensive due to the remote nature of the sale(buying a car in KY and shipping it to CT). Leo was so kind and so professional every step of the way! He patiently answered all my questions and effectively resolved any concerns I had brought up. He sent me pictures and video of the vehicle and delivered as promised. Leo even responded to my calls and texts after hours. Toyota South is an amazing dealership with an honest team and I would highly recommend them as a national source for vehicles. The team was great, but Leo was the most exceptional salesman I ever had the pleasure of working with. Thank you for all you help, coordination, thorough documentation management, and for being an honest gentleman. We are so happy!

Friendly service and a great deal!

I was a little leary of online car shopping, found a used vehicle at toyota south on cargurus and decided to send a message from the site. Zach Dunn emailed me back very quickly willing to help and get me the deal I needed. Very professional and tentative to buyers needs. I couldn't make it to the dealership so they delivered the vehicle to me, the driver was very courteous and patient with me. Matt in finance was fast and easy to deal with. I am very pleased with everybody that helped me. Thanks for a great deal Toyota South, will do business again.

MY NEW CAR PURCHASE

I bought my new car from Rodney Wyche. He made the process very easy. He did not pressure me into buying. He answered all of my questions. The finance part of the deal was good also. I will tell my friends and family to go see Rodney at Toyota South.

Buying vs Service

Buying, no problem. Service until free maintenance ran out, good. Then, check engine light came on in Corolla and I was told something nibbled an evap line. Fixing would be costly replacement of gas tank since line was welded to tank. No, warranty wouldn't cover it. I'm waiting for them to post funny YouTube video of this thing nibbling my line since that's only way they could be so positive that's what happened. I've driven a Toyota vehicle for 14 years. When I get another car it will not be a Toyota. Saddened by this experience. I hope I wasn't treated this way because I'm a women.
