Parts department sold fraudulent parts and then stole my parts and receipt. I bought a trunk latch for my mini here while i was getting an oil change... in November. Then I stupidly failed to put in on until 2 months later at which time I discovered it was the wrong part (even though i gave them my VIN number). Ok no problem but since the dealership is an hour away i waited until my next oil change to talk to them about it (and of course forgot to bring it with me). The service writer was cery helpful and pulled the parts guy (who sold it to me out) and we talked about it and the parts man said he would trade it out with the right part even tho i threw out the box, great I thought, good customer service...wrong. So on my next oil change (today) i took the part and the original receipt with me and talked to my same service writer (who remembered the whole thing). But apparently the parts guy didn’t remember any of that. So I explained it to him (totally being nice especially since he was doing me a favor for auch a late return) and he completely changed his tune from our last conversation and then said “thats not their part” he took it into the back room for a few minutes then came out and said they never sold me that part and that it was not even made by mini cooper??? I told him well thats what came out of the box you sold me and he said no the part number on my receipt is the right one (basically implying im trying to defraud him somehow because I apparently have a ton parts layong around that i like exchanging for mini parts??). So when I explained all that he said just said no but ill sell you a new one, which i had to do because again mines broken. And then he said well you can maybe sell it online in a mini forum or something. And im thinking, if im gonna sell it in a mini forum then its because it “is” a part for a mini then?? Also i looked around at the old minis out back and thats what it is for (identical to the 05ish minis trunk latches). So now i spent $144.00 for a “fake/wrong” part there and then another $130.00 for the right one. PLUS he asked me if my car was there, if so he could throw the new part in my backseat for me. I told him yea and also asked him to throw the old part receipt in there too. Well turns out he kept both my “old” part AND receipt. Super shady if you ask me and i bet someone else ends up buying that part again. Both my wife and i have minis, and we are both buying news (i was going to buy a jcw mini today after my oul change because i have already sold mine to my neighbor and was just getting this last oil change done so I could get the right part for her and install it). Then my wife was going to get a new all4 countryman next month. But there is no way we going to buy $40,000 cars there when they are willing to pull shady stuff like this over a $140.00 part. I would have totally understood if he would have just said i waited to long to return or i needed the original box (which shouldn’t have mattered because it sounds like it was the wrong part in there anyway). But when he tells me they never sold that part to me and that its not even their part (meaning they fraudulently sold me a fake part claiming it was a real oem part). Then something is wrong. Beware of Fields auto group (they own orlando mini and bmw) this is what they are doing. And its a shame too because we got our previous minis there and were set to buy new ones but no longer.
I needed some assistance and Chris Cutting of Orlando Mini went to bat for me and resolved the problem. Thanks Chris!

We went two times since we bought our Mini Cooper. We were received by Adante Cameron both times. After that we always ask for his outstanding customer... service. The service was efficient and quicker than average. The second time our appointment was by lunch time, There wasn't a very close place to eat and when we asked Adante for a taxi, he offered to take us to a restaurant that was nearby. Not very common these days !!! He doesn't only knows his job really well, also take care of his customers questions and necessities . Simply excellent ! We really recommend this dealer !

I love my Mini, so I want to make sure it gets the best service. When I dropped it off at Orlando Mini, I was greeted by Adante Cameron. I needed to get... to work and was happy that he was quick with setting me up. My appointment was for 9 am, but I dropped my car off at 7:30 am. I was surprised to receive a text from Adante at 9:15 am stating my car was ready! It was so nice to just get a text. It allowed my to know my car was ready, while I was in a meeting at work. When I picked up my car, again I was greeted by Adante. His customer service was excellent and I received my car in mint condition! Thank you, Adante for taking such great care of my Mini! I would definitely recommend Orlando Mini!

I bought my Mini new in 2013. I have loved every minute of ownership. My visits to Orlando Mini have been pleasant. My recent service visit was no exception.... Adante, my service rep is professional, empathetic, and knowledgable. Anthony has been my mechanic and is skilled, knowledgable, and efficient. The work was done quickly and accurately, and I was kept informed the whole time. I cannot recommend the Service enough!

excellent care and treatment, Had to have car towed and mini emergency was fast and all very friendly. My only problem was they should have siggested to... go with the tow truck for had to take a limo down to get car back

The phrase "customer service" is spoken every day, by every member of the service department at Orlando Mini. Many dealerships allow customer service to... take a backseat to profit. However, Orlando Mini continues to strive towards taking care of their service customers in every aspect of Mini maintenance; both scheduled and unscheduled. Customer service is not dead. Every time I have brought my Clubman into Orlando Mini, I have received top quality maintenance and customer service. Orlando Mini is set apart from other dealerships by making the customer service experience a top priority. Great customer service and excellent human interaction is what I have personally experienced since my purchase of my Mini in 2012; due largely in part by the leadership of the service manager Mr. Garrett Bowling, the personal care of Adante Cameron (service writer) and the entire service team. They (in my opinion) should be commended by the Field’s Auto Group for the continued support to the customers post purchase.
