New Traverse Shopping Review
The facilities were recently updated, very clean and well laid out. The staff was very polite. I had been in before to get a part for my Cruze and their parts guys are very friendly and helpful. We didn't buy a car today but only because we were following up on a flyer we received; "just to see". We worked with Jared and if you want a guy who's a straight shooter, no hassle, no pressure, 20 years plus of experience and no BS then you need to ask for him. Jared was very knowledgeable about his product (Traverse) right down to explaining how the (I was skeptical) auto start/stop feature works. Don't get me wrong his not a magician he's not going to fix your crappy credit or give you 10 grand to put down but he will lay it all out for you and you make a pressure free decision. We had a great experience and I think you will as well.

Fibance Manager very disrespectful and ignorant
Finance manager tried to take my elderly parents for a ride on their trade in. Low balled 6,000 under blue book, and called them liars. GM employee will never return to Poage....what an xxx! Wow!

First of all, it's Poage Chevrolet. Second, you are way off base. You were not here when they brought their trades in to be looked at. No one called your father a liar. I've seen all of your other reviews. On one review you claimed that we were $7500 below blue book. The second one we were $5500 and this one you claim $6000 below book value. Which is it? Sounds like you're the one having trouble with the truth. I would love for you to contact me personally so we can discuss everything. My name is Randy Miller. GM ripoff
Had paint peeling off Silverado cab that was an obvious defect from factory after reading many comments from other owners. Truck only has 60k on it. GM/dealership wanted $600-800 for my portion. After 40 years of GM vehicles this will be my last
