Save your money and go somewhere else. I took my SUV in due to an unknown draw on the battery. The supervisor immediately suggested the cause was not running the vehicle often enough and that it was normal for a <1 year old battery to go dead within a week. Next they spent the first 1.5hrs doing a general inspection and suggested $1500 of xxxxxxxx repairs that had nothing to do with the issue I came for. After another 1.5hrs and agreeing to a $150 diagnostic test they determined there is a parasitic draw on the battery but probably wasn’t worth repairing; to recap, I’m now at the dealership for 3hrs and they want to charge me $150 for confirming what I already told them was the issue. I should have left at this point but decided to opt for the repair which took another 2hrs and charged another $300. This place is a scam that wants to charge for frivolous repairs and overcharge for OEM parts and labor.

Had a terrific experience. Alan Velasquez, helped through the entire process and went above and beyond to ensure I made the best choice possible in choosing a new car. Would highly recommend them.
