Do not buy a car from this dealership.

Do not buy a car from this dealership. We bought a car from them in Oct 2023 and as we drove off the lot and turned on the heater, we found it didn’t work. Neither did the drivers side window. We took it back and they said “too bad” and offered a repair estimate of $1800 to fix both issues. I’m kicking myself that we didn’t check these things when we test drove, but we also didn’t anticipate such dishonesty. (They are very friendly sales people who make you think they’re taking care of you.) I understand we have no legal recourse here. We signed the bill of sale and the transaction is closed. It’s our fault. We bought the xxxxty car and now we’re paying for it. I simply leave this review to say—be forewarned. This dealership is not ethical and I wish I could go back in time.

I hope this helps someone - STAY AWAY!

I will start with these reviews are solicited and they do not mention that. They offered me a free oil change for a 5-star Google review, so a lot of these reviews are just so people can get the oil change. This goes against Google's policy. You can not offer gifts in exchange for reviews... so please take that into consideration when looking at other reviews. With that being said, this was one of the WORST experiences I have ever had with a dealership. I was looking at a 2015 Ford F150 and everything on the surface seemed fine. I drove 2.5 hours to come test drive the vehicle. I put it through the wringer on the test drive (0-60mph, hard starts/stops, checking in and out). They insured me they ran their inspection and gave me a pitch of how they never sell anything unless it passes their inspection. I sat down with George Sourial, the General Manager, and he gave me this "we are family owned, not like the other guys, we will take care of you..." talk. Feeling good about what he was saying, I signed the dotted line and gave the man $40,000 and drove off feeling very confident.... well I was wrong. Not more than 24 HOURS later and less than 150 miles, I pressed the moonroof button (which was working at the dealership) and I heard a loud bang and snap... the moonroof crapped out and was stuck not working now. Upset, I kept driving, and I hit the gas and then heard a pop-pop and lost all power to the engine and a check engine light started flashing at me. I called Ashley Alcala-Gonzalez, who I was working with, and she had no answer for me. So I then transferred to George and spoke to him. Not once did he apologize, he just kept telling me that "we don't own the truck, you do." As I grew more angry, he didn't seem to care that I've owned the truck for less than 24 hours and was having major issues. He was incredibly rude and disingenuous towards me and offered no solution, other than drive back 2.5 hours to Denver and leave the truck with them for a few weeks. I continued to reach out to Ashley via email for a month with zero response from ANYONE about the issues, and then to top it off I received a "thank you" card from Ashley stating; it has been a pleasure serving you. I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and our dealership. Please don't hesitate to call me if I can be of any further assistance. So of course, I reached out to her again as I thought this was a terrible joke, and just like the other times, no response. So to recap - I gave Colorado Auto Finders 40K for a vehicle and less than 24 hours later was having major engine and mechanical failures and George seems to not give two xxxxs about my satisfaction or the product they are selling. So, now I am stuck trying to fix this through a Ford dealership and renting a vehicle and paying out-of-pocket for a few things and I haven't even registered the vehicle yet. My truly honest opinion is these guys are in the business of making a dollar not making a relationship for next time. ****** Some fun things to note, these guys didn't even fill fluids. I popped the hood to find the coolant low, oil low, and not a drop of fluid in the window washer reservoir. Who doesn't put $2 worth of window washer fluid in before selling a vehicle?!? ha, what a joke.

Our salesperson, Zee, was nice but did not offer or pursue enough. We put in an online credit app with our suggested down payment. We were never told why we were denied for that vehicle and weren't offered a chance on increasing our down payment or leasing or anything. It's like they didn't want the sale.
