I don’t know if I could have asked for a better

I don’t know if I could have asked for a better experience. Faris the salesman and George the GM were great. Faris was kind and was not pushy. The vehicle I was looking at had minor interior problems and he did not hesitate when he said that he would have it fixed. I told him what I wanted and he made it happen. He was a gentleman. George was just as pleasant. He did not run me through a bunch of things that were not needed and made sure I was well taken care of. He explained things well and made me feel like I was actually cared for and not just another customer. They also made the process quick and didn’t take all day. Thank you

just now New We have to 2 experiences where the warranty companies sold have not warrantied work that both cars needed that was not our fault. for one car, I had to replace the engine out of my own pocket around $5k. my son's car he's had for a few .and has bad rear wheel bearings and needs an axle, around $1,800 worth of work, coming out of his pocket. Especially on his car, they couldn't have done a thorough vehicle inspection. Finally we each paid around $4k for the extended warranties that aren't worth the crap on TP. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!!!!!!

After reviewing your case with our service department, we found that for your first vehicle, no oil change receipts were provided. As outlined in our warranty disclosure, which you signed, proof of regular maintenance, including oil changes, are required to maintain warranty coverage. Regarding your second concern, our assessment indicates that the issue falls under normal wear and tear, which is not covered under warranty. As a courtesy, we did offer a thirty percent discount on the repair, which was declined. I hope this explanation provides clarity, and please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any further questions. We appreciate your understanding and the opportunity to assist you.

Of course you do. For the 1st vehicle I provided 75% of the receipts. The 2nd car we just purchased from you, a vehicle should not be sold in that condition. Lesson learned. I will tell everyone i know what type of a dealership you are, just interested in lining the your pockets and those of the warranty companies.

Put money down on a car early April.

Put money down on a car early April. Less than one day later (20 hours) I changed my mind and let them know I wouldn’t be buying the car. They said they wouldn’t refund my money. Not even a portion and I’m a reasonable guy. They say they take the car off the market which prevents someone else from buying the car. I understand their reasoning. I seriously doubt they were harmed by a 20 hour change in mind from a buyer. I was willing to negotiate. Owner says no. Stay AWAY from this auto group!

When you signed the purchase agreement, it included an acknowledgment that the deposit was non-refundable. This policy is in place because, as you noted, taking a vehicle off the market—even briefly—can impact potential sales opportunities for both the dealership and other customers. Indeed, we turned away a lead on the vehicle as there was a deposit on it. While we recognize that your decision changed quickly, however we’re bound by the terms agreed upon at the time of signing. Dealer never put deal through causing my trade in to be

Dealer never put deal through causing my trade in to be lost and took new car back. Until I made a formal complaint with state they would not work with me. Wrote a bad deal then threatens to keep my trade in. Then threatens to sue when I use investigation to get my money back. Lousy dealership that ruins good people lives. Owner threatens you if you’re smarter than him.

If I could give negative stars I would and I will make

If I could give negative stars I would and I will make sure everyone, including our lawyers hear about this. They are thieves and liars. They sold us a car that started to have issues on the longer first drive. We took it in for a recall and learned that the transfer case is damaged and repairs are $8k in damages. This all happened within the first month of owning the car. We contacted them and they first dodged our calls and then we were redirected to George Sourial who sold it to us. When we were buying the car he said that they were the most reputable dealership in the area and that they check all their cars and provide the best rates. He flat out lied and was horribly rude on the phone. Don’t ever go here as they will sell you broken cars and far from reputable. They should take responsibility and be accountable for this.

Hello Christopher, Thank you for leaving us a review. Your feedback is important to us. We're pleased to have been able to assist you, though it's clear we may have areas to improve. We're committed to excellence and ensuring customer satisfaction is important to us. We understand that you spoke to the GM only late yesterday afternoon when you informed him that another dealership diagnosed your vehicle with needing a replacement transfer case. It seemed odd to get such a diagnosis when merely taking the vehicle in for a recall issued for a core headlight seal. His concern was it is unusual for a car that only had 37k miles on it, when it was purchased from us, to need a transfer case. They normally don't go bad that quickly. It is also our understanding that the GM offered to provide a second diagnosis, free of charge to ensure that the original diagnosis was indeed correct! Furthermore, he offered to help absorb some of the cost of the repairs of an accurate diagnosis, simply as a good faith gesture, as no dealership can be held liable for repairs needed on a used car that was purchased over a month ago; as they would have no way of knowing the how many miles were put of the car, or the condition in which the vehicle was driven. Regardless, we would still like to keep our commitment to providing excellent customer service, and we hope to have the opportunity to demonstrate this in the future. We're looking forward to serving you again

Let’s be clear with the truth. He suggested to come in for a diagnostic and when we asked for an appointment he said that the dealership was too busy right now. And we then called to make an appointment, and still haven’t received a call back. He did not offer to absorb any of the cost, but I would love to see that honored. Please contact us if you actually mean that. I do find it strange that you don’t trust the opinion and diagnostic of a Porsche dealership which specializes in these cars. But more so, that as professionals you say this is uncommon, but just doing a quick search on the issue - we discovered that this problem was VERY common in Porsches from those years and they even had 1) an extended warranty for this issue 2) there was a class action lawsuit that was filed against Porsche for this. If someone had just checked this problem one year earlier the car would still have been under the extended warranty. So - to me this clearly sounds like you guys knew about this and tried to cover it up. I’d love to be proved wrong and get your help to rectify the situation.
