Grateful!

My daughter and I were traveling from WI to Iowa, when about 15 miles from the dealership, my check engine light came on. I went directly to the dealership. Without an appointment, they were able to get me in, figure out the problem, fix it and get us on our way. I was so grateful that we weren't turned away and that they made time in their schedule to fit us in! They kept me informed the entire time and sent us on our way 3 hours later. Very grateful and appreciative!!!

We are very upset this happened. We engaged with the customer immediately once we were aware of the incident. We asked for a list of and value of the things discarded and the customer gave us a detailed list of items and value's. The total provided was $310.00 we compensated them $400.00 goodwill. We apologized numerous times for what happened. We regret the oversight by our staff member.

Our third vehicle from Napleton.

Our third vehicle from Napleton. The first was a Subie Outback (2012) and the second was a Honda Accord (2016) Every one was a good experience. The dealership is totally honest and the cars are excellent. The financials and paperwork would be a nightmare, but they handled it very smoothly.

Been looking on line for next vehicle for over 2 years. An accident forced me to finally act. Subaru has a great reputation. I bought a Forester. The hight of the seat was important as I get older. Just slide in, no ups or crawling down. I wanted a vehicle that provided some utility and great gas mileage. The Forester had it all. I inquired on a special order times and was told 9 to 12 weeks. Told Patrick exactly what I wanted. Then I had the accident. A few days later Patrick called and told me a Forester with my description was being built and would be available in 2 to 3 weeks. All I had to do is come in and put $1,000 down and they would put my name on it. All went like clock works. Very satisfied with the purchase at Napleton Subaru. Car drives like a dream. More electronics than I could imagine.

If I could give them a zero I would, very disappo

Bought my car for a oil change at 930 they told me it would probably take a hour and half lies.I didn't get my car back till 6 hours later,they forgot I brought my car in. Service manager lied so much. I'll never bring my car back, 1 of the customer's told me the same thing happened to him.

Our salesman was very knowledgeable, polite, and wanted

Our salesman was very knowledgeable, polite, and wanted to make sure we understood all of the options on the vehicle provided. I would highly recommend. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars, we discussed about what the monthly payment was going to be and then when the "official" paperwork was completed it was significantly higher, it was still within what we wanted to pay, just higher than expected.

Positive Experience

Purchased a used car from Napletons last month. The salesman Mike Gonzalez initially created a positive buying experience for us and didn’t pressure us as some other local dealers were. This was much appreciated.The car was delivered to us in an unfavorable condition due to a miscommunication. Napletons had made an effort to get the car to us promptly and as a result a full detail wasn’t performed. The dealership contacted us an had us bring the car back in for a full detail and went above and beyond to rectify our dissatisfaction. They did a great job removing stains and odors that existed from the previous owner. Their efforts were noticed and appreciated. Sometimes it’s the little things that matter and make the biggest difference with customer service.
